"Popes of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners, it has been months since The Order first threatened action against the benevolent population of the Baffin System, since then our ties have grown stronger, the Coalition and [TAZ] cooperating and ensuring that The Order could not terminate the good people living in your home. Previously there was discussion on helping your people establish a Shipyard/Research Facility whose designs would be based upon the Southern Buh Class Station (ie: Mykolaiv Type).
Since then things have quieted down, however the Coalition has not forgotten it's allies and wishes to send an engineering team to survey locations for such a future facility as well as examine the defensive grid of Baffin to locate any points of weakness that either the Kingdom of Gallia or The Order could exploit and aid in strengthening. Also the Coalition wishes to extend the TAZ the Economic Opportunity to ship several raw ores to Mykolaiv Research Station whose smelters and refineries have been upgraded not too long ago to handle large payloads of ore.
You are not forgotten my friends, the Coalition continues to stand beside you when you need us.

Allow me to assure you that Mykolaiv RS will receive the ores you requested. Our popes will get the notice and by the end of the week your smelters should be working on full capacity. We would like to improve our relation, and will do what we can to make that happen, as if I'm right, you value acts more than words. We'll present the copy of each delivered ore's manifest in this channel, or on whichever frequency you wish to use.
I did not start with the shipyard matter for a reason. I have no information about the agreement, or plans, or whatever you've talked with the popes, but I can assure you that Mad John will respond with full authority, once he decides about the station in question. Thanks to you, Baffin is safe and so are the popes and visitors of the system and we don't leave our friends behind either. So expect the Polyfather, he'll respond...soon. Until then, make way for the bulky transports of ours.
