According to intelligence, this terrorist cell was found nearly a year ago by unknown patrons. There are disputes about whether or not Herr Vogel was an actual founder, but one thing's certain - he is standing his ground. It is known that Vogel started his career as Rheinland Bundespolizei, but got fired two years later for disobedience and theft, changing his way of life to smuggling and raiding. Gaining numerous smugglers as its friends, BRL became a major black market route, providing other terrorists like RHA and Mollys weapons and ammunition. Soon the Legion was gushed by lots of recruits, mainly from Rheinland diaspore known as "slawentum". Positioned themselves as anarchist group fighting for complete destruction of the state in its current form, they're as aggressive and dangerous as any other Hessian cell.
