We at the Civilian Carrier Nephilus have decided to establish a mobile chat network free of house monitoring to voice your opinions at. Seeing as how this would be considered illegal by a number of governments, we advise you use caution if you are accessing this in certain places. Do not worry about the central server, as we have established multiple layers of defenses capable of destroying any saboteur, and have chosen the perfect location to host our server at. However, we are NOT liable for your safety when you login to this. We are hack-proof, though, to prevent people from thinking that we don't have at least some decency when establishing a chat site on the neural net. We know that when it comes to free speech, that sometimes people can be a bit undesirable, but we will do our best to keep our moderators on top of the situation. Seeing as how you are not very trackable on here, I'm sure some of you will use that to your advantage, but keep in mind that if you don't show respect, you won't get it either.
