Guten Tag, Sehr geehrte members of Daumann Heavy Construction board of directors. My name is Laura Clausewitz and I´m inspekteur der Polizei of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.
I´m sending this message to you to offer your corporation a construction contract on the rebuilding of Brandenburg Border Station.
Let me explain the situation first. As you probably know, after Interspace Commerce was temporarily expelled from Rheinland and Bonn Station was evicted, polizei got the station to use it as base of operations. Unfortunately, it turned out that this type of space station is unnecessarily big and expensive to maintain. To be honest, due to always tight polizei budget, station is for some time slowly decaying because we simply don´t want to - and probably even can´t - afford to invest enough money into the maintenance.
On the other hand, it was proved repeatedly that polizei needs some space operations center to be able to keep control over important parts of Rheinland space and quickly deploy reinforcements in case hostile forces will appear.
After considering our options, we decided few months ago to stop funding maintenance of Bonn except vital systems, and use saved money to rebuild Brandenburg Border Station which will be rebuilded and enlarged exactly according our needs, including low running costs. All documentation and blueprints are ready and we will start ordering materials very soon. The final form of Brandenburg should not be unknown to you - we chose the Abbey class station used by Ingolstadt Station, because there is lot of space inside for personnel, supplies and armament, but it also provides twelve docking bays, from which four can be used not only for fighters and bombers but even for gunboats. This perfectly fits our needs which we have on base which is supposed to serve as space operations centre.
The construction can be of course done by any Rheinland contractors, but we would rather see the main part done by experts from Daumann Heavy Construction, or at least under their supervision. After all, you have a lot of experience with building space stations.
We would like to know if your corporation is interested in this contract and what is the estimaed price of your work. As I said, all required materials for construction will be provided and paid by us.

As much as we would like to aid you in maintaining security in Rheinland through rebuilding the border station, we find the current information you provided serves us only little. Thus, it would be appreciated if you were to provide us with more details so our experts can build-up a background for our work plan, as well as the price. - cooling system CrC 15 which is using cryocubes
- advanced heat recovery system AHRS-R3.5
- armoured hull shielding
- enhanced power distribution and saving system connected to solar panels placed on the outer hull
- twelve docking bays, from which four can be used not only for fighters and bombers but also for gunboats and small transports
- energy shields around docking bays entrances
- ARRAAS MkIV automatic refueling, resupplying and armament auxiliary system
- ACS station communication system
- LCIS long range communication and identification system
- SAWACS Space Advanced Warning and Control System
- CESS MkII cargo and equipment surveillance system
- ADS "Siegfried" automatic defense system
- ACP robotic automatic canteen provision system with "Horst" strudel and coffee production facility
