Grüße, our Freunde! I am Hauptmann of the Imperial Forces - Friedrich Ackermann. We were eagerly waiting for a possibility to contact you, and now here we are.
Times are changing, but we have not forgot about our honourable allies. Anyway, times are hard, and nowadays we are in need of our old partners like never before. We are always glad to meet Corsairs' ships on our bases if needed.
What we see is that our ships are completely obsolete, and you can assist us by giving us access to your weaponry and joining our efforts while in Rheinland space; Emperor envoys went to different parts of Sirius and hopefully soon will improve conditions for the supply of necessary goods. Our side is guaranteeing that our bases will ensure transit of all necessary products for your people there soon. Among other things, there will be many chances to grab some war trophies for you, we are assuring that.

After some days of thought, we the Council have decided to accept your request to use our mucho powerful weaponry if the following conditions are met:
Primero: The supplies you set out to send us have to be delivered for the continuation of this agreement.
Segundo: Trophies of war acquired with Our mucho powerful weapons have to be delivered to Omicron Gamma.
Tercero: Our weaponry is to be used only for the destruction of Our enemies, for the growth of the Great Corsair Empire and to strengthen our alliance.
If any of these conditions are not met, then we the CoE will have to reevaluate our decision.
