Not too sure if the old swag pack works anymore, or where to find it if it does, but it used to be pretty good.

They are restricted... Since .ini files editing was prohibited, nobody (except devs and admins) can make custom sounds for weapons

You can still overwrite your audio files. And Hidamari's pack was approved afaik.
