Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte [Feedback Only] - Narcano - 04-01-2016

Background

The Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte is a group of farmers and landlords, who are trying to bring back quality food and goods for Rheinland inhabitants by forcing all importers to leave Rheinland territory, drop their cargo or getting destroyed. The BFL doesn't want to have imported goods and stuff around everywhere as other houses don't deliver high quality products. Synth Food is one of the main organizations they are fighting against. Many of those man own farms and are producing quality goods on the highest levels, but due to the influence of big trading companies they have a hard time selling their products. They believe that the import has to be reduce very strictly to power up Rheinlands own economy, to ensure people get safe and great products to eat and drink.

BFL members are often seen fighting against all kind of transports who are delivering goods from foreign house like gin or meat from Bretonia for example. They are not only trying to force Synth Food from planet Stuttgart, but also wants to take over parts of planet Baden-Baden to use the planets fields for food production, as wellness oasis but also as their base of operation. If necessary they would force Orbital Spa & Cruise completely from the planet due to their very patriotic way to handle things. The better way would be an agreement with OS&C and the BFL's leaders already got several ideas to accomplish that.
The BFL believes in the quality of products produced in Rheinland by its local farmers. They don't fight against Rheinland lawfuls and retreat if they are asked to, but if they are engaged by lawfuls they will defend themselves. Their pilots also support Order ships, but only against Nomads and Wilde as they are a direct threat to all inhabitants of Rheinland.

They also want to get rid of drug dealers as well. Due to their patriotism which is far more conservative than the LWB's, but they like to work with them as well as with the Farmers Alliance. So far the LWB's Very Heavy Fighter 'Sichel' and Bomber 'Sense' are mainly used by BFL pilots.

History

818 A.S.
Late in 822 A.S. some farmers from all over Rheinland met to discuss market prices and talk about the current economy. During this meeting many participants mentioned that their sales figures are shrinking due to giant imports from other houses. During this event the participants split up into two groups and the more patriotic BFL got born a few days later. From this day on the members began to buy combat ships and even pirate cruisers to fight the problem they were facing. Some of them became 'full time' members as they gave their farm to their children or other members who were supporting them with cash in return.

823 A.S.
Times got even harder for the Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte, but thanks to the growing imports and influence from foreign nations more and more people joined them. As they grew in number they had to get a higher income to buy more weapons and ships they begun to pirate all kind of transports from all over Sirius. The leadership of the BFL also changed in 823 A.S. as the old bosses went into retirement and back to their farms. The new high command also began working way more aggressive especially against Liberty corporations, importers and companies like Interspace Commerce.

Ranking Structure

The BFL keeps this very simple and without much ranks as they are simply not important to them. They also elect their Landgrafen, but the Reichsgrafen/Reichsgräfinen are not elected, only if one of them is killed or retires. Their other members are simply referred as 'Junker'.

hey guys
me and a friend of mine came up with this idea
please make suggestions what could/should be change and if you like it or not

RE: Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte [Feedback Only] - Sabru - 04-01-2016

I'm just going to point out the obvious. Your diplo is so out of whack compared to standard LWB rep that it's not funny.

Here's just some of the issues you have:
Coalition is set to unfriendly, when LWB and Coalition are fairly allied.
Corsairs and Hessians are listed as neutral. Hessians are normally allied, while sairs are hostile.
Mollys are usually on the friendly side of the equation, i think.

I get you want to try something different but your ideal reps are, in short, ridiculous.

RE: Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte [Feedback Only] - Narcano - 04-01-2016

well i know all that... but the LWB is the closest ID i found to got by now

even i had to laugh setting this up trust me
but it should just be pro rheinland just working for its inhabitants... you know what i mean

RE: Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte [Feedback Only] - xiphos - 04-01-2016

I am very glad to see players with an interesst in the LWB. Nice stuff so far.

One thing you maybe want to change is the Farmers Alliance allied thing. I always have a problem to put a faction to allied or friendly without any Forum RP. As far as i know there was never any Forum RP between the FA and the LWB and in vanilla they never met i guess. So i suggest to put the FA in the neutral section. And maybe the Hogosha too.

The BFL stopping traders with foreign goods sounds really like the FA but i like that. About the Gaians. They are not really known as drug dealers. But yeah. They like weed... Big Grin

I second Sabru's points. The LWB was, untill somewhat recently, the only faction to be able to use Coalition tech at 90% core. Also...

I can't really recall Gaians being drug dealers at any point in their history.

Gaian part gone some reps changed

nice to see you guys interested

Like @Sabru said, you can not treat a faction's allies as enemies, while playing with that faction's ID.

However, you can play long enough to become official, and so have the right to roleplay changes in their diplomacy with sense.

So, instead of just using a faction's ID because it 'looks' similar to your original faction's idea, I'd suggest RPing as though you are a different 'wing' of that faction. You're not in control of the whole faction as of yet, and have to still play by their set up rules and commands. Even if you do not like it, until the right time.

When you have gained the officialdom, more choices become available to you, as far as I know.

RE: Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte [Feedback Only] - Narcano - 04-01-2016

ill look at the reps again... for now but i hope to get rid of some as time goes by

btw would anyone commenting here be interested in joining maybe?

RE: Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte [Feedback Only] - xiphos - 04-01-2016

The Tech thing with the Coalition was something between the LWB and SCRA. Not every new player knows something about this deal.

But yeah. The Coalition is friendly to the LWB. Sabru is right. He is also right about the Hessians. They are allied to the LWB
The Onioners are more in the neutral section due to their ties with the Corsairs.
And you forgot about the Bundschuh. They are atleast friendly.

You maybe want to have a look at this one to have a clue about the LWB RP.
