I personally don't really like that the texture colours are inconsistent with the Serenity. Other than that, it really looks cool.

The dark lines/shading does give it a cell shaded look, perhaps a softer colour on the edges the panels, a grey maybe? Something that makes it look bolted on rather than bolted together, though I'd keep the windows as they are.
As for room for fighters, the entire from section of the ship would open up to a huge internal landing area with ships stored along its length and lifted up to the runway section for launch. The doors under the engine part would probably be used for freighters or non-combat ships, the doors with clamps I can only assume are cargo bays.

Model is nice, but textures... Meh... They aren't - should be way darker in my opinion. Anyway thank you for finishing this thingy x)

Pretty good , but personally i would give it some more windows , and more "metallic" or darker color !

There is no need for windows in space TBH. Nor for asymmetrical ships. Nor for ships that look like seaships. But sadly this is FL and to make thing my way I have to make everything from scratch.
