Hello there Admiralty,

Allow me to introduce myself; I am Jack Doe, son of John Doe the former President of Deep Space Engineering.
I have recently been appointed to lead our corporation back to health after the crisis we suffered over the last few months.

I am contacting you today to essentially reaffirm our role as the primary hardware manufacturer and too see if there is any improvement or issues you have observed lately. It is my job to rectify these and continue supporting our military to the best of our ability and ensure that the quality of goods we provide for you stays satisfactory.

I would like to hear anything you may have observed or noticed so we can work to rectify or alternate to suit your needs.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards.

Jack Doe
President
Deep Space Engineering

Commodore Hunter here.

We are pleased to hear that Deep Space Engineering is coming back in full, Mister Doe. The rocky road that we watched you tread was indeed a crisis, but with your full recovery we again expect only the best, like always.

Also, there are some problems with Older-Model Guardian-class fighters that are absent from newer versions. If you could look into that, and see if we can't find a cost-effective way to keep our older vessels up and running, it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Commodore Alexis Hunter
Vice Admiral
First Fleet
LNS-Durango
