LNS-Angel-Of-Darkness has been sanctioned for:

That connecticut is outside of RP Zone doesn't mean you can shoot whomever you want on your own. You have to ask other the players, if they agree to be shot by you. Standart punishment - guns and cash have been removed from your char.
