Picardy.Pirate has been sanctioned for:
Consequences: Guns and 15 millions now are missing from your char.

So, if you mad at someone you simply do not offend him, because it is against the Rules. Next time try to be patient and nice.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. As a person that witnessed the whole encounter, I find the sanction laughable.
What happened is Picardy Pirate asking me to bring him a JM ID to Conn while we were on teamspeak. I told him to wait 5-10 minutes because I was far from docking on any bases and didn't want to F1, he said it's fine and that he'll wait in Connectuct. In the time I was getting on a base, he got silently killed by a random guy (sanction is here). He decided to file a sanction after we're done with the transfer.
Around 5 minutes later I came to Conn for the ID transfer. As we finished it, he tried to dock on New Haven but saw the station is red to him, probably because he CDed it by accident before. Instead of F1ing, he decided to use the swear filter to get himself kicked and relog so he doesn't have to wait a full minute. (Note, there were no people in the system at a time, including the sanctioned guy). However, some words he thought were censored apparently weren't, so he wrote them in local chat instead of it appearing as a green message to him ("This is an automated message. Please do not swear or you'll be sanctioned."). He got kicked eventually, relogged, docked on the station and left. 3 days later, he gets sanctioned for it.
Now for the funny part, and why this sanction is laughable.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you sanctioned him based on the logs you saw, without any background or context to it and assumed he was insulting the guy that killed him 10 minutes earlier? He wasn't offending anyone, mainly because there was nobody in the system to offend anyways, and also because it wasn't his intention. I'm surprised the sanction actually went through, because had you been there like I have, you'd know that him using insultive, non-filtered words to get himself kicked out of the game has nothing to do with a guy that instakilled him 10 minutes earlier and left the game.
TL;DR The sanction should be reverted because it holds no ground for the reasons explained above.

Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private is prohibited under any circumstances.
If we stumble across things that should not be there, we usually do act, regardless of intentions.
