Shift + F12 completely disables the ENB effect bundled with that pack, which if you ask me is somewhat of a waste, since you can get some nice eyecandy out of the game if you tweak the ENB to your liking. If you're bored enough, instead of disabling ENB check "enbseries.ini" in your EXE folder, the file includes all the values affected by the ENB mod. The values set by the pack which make the game too dark on some screens are (mainly) the ones under [Bloom] section of the file, and also the [Shadows] section. Try tweaking those and you can get a brighter output from ENB while keeping rest of the eyecandy it offers.

These are the values I use, which are still somewhat dark but not as dark as the default values:
Code:
[BLOOM]
BloomPowerDay=40
BloomFadeTime=1500
BloomConstantDay=0
BloomQuality=0
BloomScreenLevelDay=90
BloomCurveDay=10
BloomPowerNight=100
BloomConstantNight=0
BloomCurveNight=10
BloomScreenLevelNight=60
BloomAdaptationScreenLevel=100
BloomAdaptationMultiplier=100
BloomAllowOversaturation=0

[SHADOW]
ShadowFadeStart=400
ShadowFadeEnd=800
ShadowAmountDay=60
ShadowAmountNight=30
ShadowScreenLevelDay=60
ShadowScreenLevelNight=20
ShadowQuality=0

P.S: Don't worry about manually editing that particular ini. It won't break anything. Just toy around with the numbers a bit and you'll figure out which does what.
