{AFC}-Spring.Break[C], White.Snowflake has been sanctioned for:

Quote:9. The character registered on a board must be at least neutral to their employer, and hostile to the faction they are targeting in a bounty. This does not apply to assassination missions where the target is a single character. Board owners are obliged to ensure that the persons they are hiring have a suitable reputation. This means no hiring or paying people who would be hostile to you based on previous actions or non-hostile with the targets they claim.
Consequences:
Both of you attacked targets that you were not hostile to. You then claimed those bounties on a bounty board, providing visual evidence even that you're not hostile to them. You'll find your guns and some equipment lost to pay the Bounty Gods.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

OK I admit it is my fault but let me explain.
1) AFC is already rephacked with RH.
2) The ship was mistakingly using a Freelancer ID and i didnt realize it until later. The ship that is there (not Spring.Break) that did the hunting later got the AFC ID when i finally managed to get an AFC member to help me get it. The ship was quite old and not used a lot.... so it is my fault for forgetting.
3) I didnt abuse that I had a white rep. The ship was not hugging around a base that was RH affiliated ever and I didnt dock on any RH bases. I didnt abuse it... and I fixed it when i could.
So i am sorry... and I fixed myself the issue asap... but AFC is already red with Hessians. For a long time. From the start, even.... The white slipped in there becasue the ship used ID that is easier to get than the upped faction ID needing 2 people to get... which i did after when i realized.

If you mean that OC dessie. Might be my fault I haven't rephacked OCs on GB... I realised it and made them hostile 10s after the kill. I accept this saction though.
