Request for Beginning Transmission Bar - Cardinal - 07-22-2016 Hello, artist that stumbles across this thread, I'm here to request the above mentioned item. This will be for my Blood Dragons Character, Kimura Hisano. This is the picture I would be using for her. You may change it to any resolution you need. Simply for the beginning transmission bar that would go at the top of any of my transmissions, would include this text beside her: Kimura Hisano Codename: The Inquisitor _______________________________________________ I would like the bar to have a color like this. For the design, surprise me with your creativity, I'd like anything you can give me. As for the cost, the maximum I can afford right now is 288 million, which I will give to you after the creation of the bar, as to not get scammed.
