Worst-case scenarios can feature what you believe is a good idea.
If you believe a server rule has been violated, file a Violation Report instead. (Or, you know, PM me and I'll hit someone upside the head until the problem goes away.)

Ran into one of your guys while trafficking perfectly legal* Political Refugees maybe an hour-ish ago. He chased me all the way into Rochester, where I offloaded the cargo and re-undocked. I was pretty disappointed to see he just cruised away afterwards though, I was looking forward to feeding him some bull**** lines with a now-clean hold, implying his cargo scanner was malfunctioning, asking what the 'fee' was for 'attempting' to bribe an LPI officer and so forth. At the time, I also didn't know you guys were explicitly playing corrupt cops.

Yeah, at the time, there was some Gunboat with an unregistered Cloaking device running around (thanks, TLAGSNET). After you had clearly gone out of reach (I was expecting you to DC, actually), I was going to chase him down.
