*The video feed shows Nodoka in the middle of a conversation with Pale Bride.**
And I'm telling you that I don't want to enter focused combat with Gallia until I feel ready!
You're just scared, Hanamura - I can take em.
She's more concerned with being put on a hitlist than anything. I still say that guy from the 343rd had a point in telling you to take it one step at a time.
And I'm telling you that she doesn't have to worry, and that guy was a prick!
A Prick who had a point!
Wait.. Camera's on... Oh! I haven't done one of these in nearly a year.
So much for archiving for posterity..
Okay.. Nothing's really gone on up until lately with me.. I do miss Marisa, though.. that much has stayed constant. She's been doing escorts and I've not had a chance to talk to her. But as of late, my heart clings to Freeport 11, as if it were my true home. At first they were cautious of me, but I eventually showed that I meant no ill will, and they've grown on me. So much that I've done so much for them while I've been busy the past year, transporting goods and parts to the station to fix it up. The people there have since welcomed me, albeit cautiously, and I understand, given where we are in Sirius.. I hope Marisa hasn't become a vessel for the Nomads.. I couldn't bear to put her down. Anywho.. I have made myself a vow to protect this place I call home, and hope to make it clear to the Administrator and other denizens, that I will come to aid my home, even if it means losing my own life. Even on earth, I put others who I loved dearly before myself, and I hold true to this, even in Sirius.

This rings true especially after the Nomads recently attacked the system. I watched from the deck, seeing ships of all kinds taking on the threat.. Zoners. Tazzies, a few Order ships and Even the Core, who I hate quite a bit. The fact that many of them died brings a tear to my eye - that has made me think differently about the aggression in this region.. We should stop pointing our guns at one another and focus on the Slomon K'hara. It made me sick to hear a missive from the Order, demonizing the Core, when they did little to nothing, not even send in a full fleet to defend our home. I'm sick and tired of the warring amongst mankind, when we have a more dangerous threat in the midst of it all. I reluctantly sided with the CoF in my reply to the missive, saying that, even though the Core are Authoritarian and power-hungry, I can at least know that they'll keep me from being a Vessel for the Nomads, or being sucked into vacuum while I sleep aboard the station.

Aside from that, I've started aiding the Council, and just got back home after two runs into Gallic Space.. Pure hell every step of the way. Gallic Brigands, Royal Navy.. I nearly got podded - TWICE. I know it sounds like I don't want to do it, but it's the right thing to do, and I don't mind risking my life to do it. The people of Gallia need it, to free themselves and Sirius from the Crown's aggression. I'm going to contact the Crayter Republic soon, see if they have any openings in their military for foreigners or some kind of Foreign Legion thing set up...

Oh! I almost forgot.. I commissioned someone on Freeport 11 to make a badge for the Diarium Ejus. I'll be uploading it with this entry. I feel that it encapsulates the spirit of the ship, and most of all, what I fight for.

If for any reason, that the people of Freeport 11 see this log, I want to say thank you. Thank you for accepting me as one of your own, and all that you have given me. To paraphrase Marisa Kita, the one who made this place my home..

May 11 never fall.

Nodoka sheds a tear, only to end the feed.

Pale Bride, from the deck of the Pudica, alongside her contemporary, Honya - watch their owner down in the dock's upper level, discussing with both the Administrator of the Freeport as well as a Liberty Rogue, pertaining to something that leaves Pale Bride excited as a Kusarian schoolgirl on crack, and Honya unamused. For a second, the video feed cuts to the outside camera of the Pudica

"And I told you, Administrator - He's only here to hand it over to me. If you're so concerned about his presence, you can have him escorted off the station once he can get a ride. As for the ID of the ship, I'm having it swapped out for a Freelancer transponder." Nodoka says to the administrator, who departs to get a hold of the security team to escort the rogue off-base.

Standing before them in all its' glory is the latest addition to Nodoka's Personal Fleet, a Hellhound-class Liberty Rogue Gunboat, mounted on its sides, two Razor-type Anti-matter cannons, as well as several Turrets along the top and sides.
The feed switches to the cockpit camera, Honya and Pale bride visible on their seperate platforms.
Aboard the Pudica, the two AI discuss their new addition.
"I'm so excited...Our very own gunship! Honya, why aren't you excited?" Pale Bride squees in excitement, only to turn to Honya, seeing her discontent.
"Because it paints a big bullseye on our backs. We're already enemies to so many. Gallia, Kusari, Unlawfuls - we've yet to contact Guildmaster Enma Loyola of the Core and issue a token of peace of some sort, and because we're buddying up to the Core, the Order isn't going to like us much either! And don't get me started on the Liberty Rogues who will want Hanamura-sensei's head on a platter for obtaining one of their gunships without authorization." Honya retorts, slightly concerned about her owner's recent purchases possibly painting a target on their backs.
"Well, at least now we have sufficient firepower to deal with any idiot who thinks they can claim a bounty on us. "
"Yes, short of a gunboat or worse, a heavy capital ship like a Cruiser."
"..."
"You know what would have been a better investment?"
"What?"
"Seeing if Ageira or if any of the major companies had anything resembling a robotic shell for the two of us - and buying those."
"Yuck, one of those skeletony bots? I'll pass."
"Not that, a shell that emulates a human body. I was wanting one.. I want to experience life like Humans do.. have a body to call my own, and not be cooped up in a ship that I can't even walk around in. It's a sad existence when you think about it."
"Well then, bring it up to her, maybe she can find someone with ties to Ageira or something."

Nodoka approaches the bridge of the Pudica, moving to the cockpit to unmount her AI.
"So what do you guys think?" Nodoka says to the two, preparing them to be unmounted from the Pudica.
"I love it, but Honya seems to be concerned about it painting a target on our backs and whatnot." Pale Bride says.
"That and.. I'd rather you spent your money on something else." Honya declares to Nodoka, raising an eye from the woman in question.
"Oh? Like what?" She says, inquisitively.
"Well... Shells for me and Bride-san to have.. It's hard being cooped up in the ship of the day, to be honest." Honya responds.
"... I can see what I can do. I'll send a message to some House Corporations and see how much it would be to have them build it if I bring the supplies. In the meantime, We need to christen this ship with the blood of its' former allies - Time to unmoor and raise hell." Nodoka answers, giving a slight sparkle of hope in the holographic eyes of the two AI.

"Very well. Let's set a course for Liberty, and raise hell every step of the way, Captain Hanamura." Pale Bride says to her owner, before being yanked out of her slot.

"You promise?" Honya asks her superior, who stops before completing the disconnection procedure, her hands on the AI Card handle. A hopeful look dominates her face as she looks at Nodoka.

Nodoka looks to her digital compatriot for a second. "Yes. I promise." She then proceeds to remove Honya from her slot, and walk off the Pudica.

The feed cuts out.

Nodoka looks onward at the screen in her bed aboard the Pudica, several hours after dropping off Helium to the station - A BBC transmission from New London is on screen, a BBC reporter talking with a agent from the Rheinland's BDM.

"...the Buro stated that the Gas Miners Guild was responsible for the attack upon Fulda, without differentiation of the different corporations within the guild. Has the Buro...", the reporter says on the screen, only for Nodoka to speak up. "God above, Sirius is turning to a ****show.. Gauls to the west, GMG to the east, Corsairs and Outcasts to the north and south, and K'hara all over."

Honya's disembodied voice chimes up, broadcasting through the speakers next to her bed. "I understand your displeasure regarding all this, Hanamura-sensei. However, it is not reason to give up hope. I personally feel something is off about the GMG attacking Rheinland like this."

Nodoka turns to the speaker. "How's that? I mean, they were squawking valid GMG idents, flying GMG ships... If it's a black operation by a third party, than there's not much to go on to prove it.."

Pale Bride responds this time, backing Honya. "We've been discussing it personally, and given corroborated historical information, It doesn't seem likely that the GMG would go so far as to attack Fulda out of the blue like this without provocation. They don't seem like the kind of people who would out of the blue, attack people."

"Well still, someone committed a crime against Rheinland by nuking the everliving hell out of Fulda - And whether they like it or not, unless they chime up, the GMG is going to be the sacrificial lamb." Nodoka retorts.

"True... By the way, have you heard back from Ingennus Research Group? Have they approved our request?" Honya asks her superior.

"Yes, the CEO contacted me in fact. They're drawing up schematics and preparing something pertaining to controlled cell growth, and they're probably going to make you two some kind of "Cyborg" body."

"W-wh-what? A.. Cyborg...shell?" Honya says, Pale Bride in shock over the result of their inquest.

"Yes. I am having concerns, however, I feel like my request has put me on thin ice, as they said for me to declare my words carefully. I don't know why, but I'm going to tread lightly as to not offend, even though that's usually against my nature."

"So we'll essentially be just like you? Except with our AI cards being in control of the body instead of a brain?"

"I don't know. Like I said, they're working on preparations and design. We'll cross that bridge when we get there."

Nodoka turns and covers herself up. "I'm going to bed. The two of you get your rest if you desire it - Hopefully tommorow the Council will have our paycheck and IRG will be ready for us."

"Hai. Oyasuminasai, Hanamura-sensei."
"Night, Hanamura."

The light and TV go out, leaving her to slumber, the dull hum of the ship's reactor lulling her to sleep.

The Pudica's camera is focusing around the system, searching for the remains of Kaddish, a Crayter Republic vessel that had went down a hour ago.

"He said 5F, if I recall correctly." Honya says to Nodoka, reminding her of the location of the ship.

The camera focuses on a derlict ship in the distance, with a Crayterian Republic roundel on its' side. The three of them look onwards as the other camera shows them, in shock at the wreckage. "My god..." Nodoka speaks up.

"One Challenger did all that?" Pale Bride speaks up in shock. The large transport lays along a large asteroid, a massive hole in its' left side. "That's the ship.. the Kaddish. It's squawking it's Name and IFF still, so life support might still be intact aboard the ship in some parts. I highly advise immediate exfiltration of all crew. There's no time to stick around, unless we want to be fish food for whoever shot down that transport." Honya says, chiming up after the shock hits her and the rest of the crew of the Pudica. "No contacts on FCS or Passive Radars, We're clear to proceed." Pale Bride reports. The Pudica inches closer to the ship, aligning its' auxiliary exit with the hole in the Kaddish's hull. Inside, Nodoka is seen donning a space suit, as well as grabbing her SMG and Proton Rifle. The ship shakes as it hits up against the hull of the Kaddish. "Sorry about that - We're prepared for exfiltration procedure." Honya says over the intercom.

The view switches to the camera onboard Nodoka's suit.

"I'll be back - keep the lights on for me." Nodoka replies, stepping into the airlock. She then hits the button to open the airlock. the door behind her shuts, only seconds later for the front door to open, exposing her to vacuum. She stands on the border of the airlock and the frigid space outside of it, and grasps the tether hook, pulling it tight to make sure it's secured. "Right. Here we go!" She says, using the ship's hull to push herself forward, she crouches and jumps into the Kaddish's hull, seeing a large part of its' cargo hold obliterated, small amounts of cargo and the remains of some deceased personnel floating about. "My god... they showed no mercy to these poor bastards..."She senses a light to the left of her, a barely functioning security door, the door flashing red, stating that it is locked. "If these guys know spacefaring procedures, they should still be in the bridge or somewhere other than wherever is behind that door. " Nodoka says to herself, using the thrusters onboard her suit to move towards the door. "Honya, can you hack this door?" She says over the radio.

"I can try, but no promises. Standby." she says, "Thermal imaging on the aft guns reports no presence in that room. It should serve well as a makeshift airlock." Pale bride adds, analysing the situation behind the door. "You know, I honestly wish I could have stayed to talk more with that guy back on Canaria.. he was cute." Nodoka says, breaking from the topic at hand. "Yes, that's all nice and lovey-dovey and all, Hanamura-sensei, but there are lives on the line. We should focus on the crew of the Kaddish." Honya retorts, not interested in discussing boys. "Sorry, sorry. Was just trying to break the tension. You have that door open yet?" Nodoka asks. "I'm trying, the security system is being a little difficult.... There." The light turns green as the door opens, the vacuum blasting Nodoka away as it sucks out the air from the room, sending her against a crate. "Hanamura-sensei! SITREP!" Honya calls out, sensing some sort of injury from her owner's suit.

"I'm alright... god above, should have stood clear of that one, huh?" Nodoka says. A sigh of relief from the two AI are heard. "Thank god she's okay.." Pale Bride responds. "In hindsight, yes, you should have, but either way, the door is open. I'll shut it once you're inside." Honya says to her owner, urging her to proceed. "Right.. onward." Nodoka says, proceeding towards the door. She removes the tether after she is someways inside. "Close the door. I'll retether before we unseal the room." she finishes, cuing Honya to shut the door with the tether in its' metal jaws. affixing the Pudica to the ship by a line. The Room fills back up with air, repressurizing it.

"Commencing 3D Scan.... Scan complete, data uploaded to your suit, Hanamura-sensei. The Bridge is directly above the room you're in. Biosigns report everyone is there, save for those who seem either recently deceased or unconscious." Honya says, Nodoka grabs her SMG from her back, and aims it towards her front. watching her surroundings. "Keep your eyes out for contacts. I don't want to float home to Freeport 11." Nodoka says to her AI, as she moves up the stairs in the back of the room, heading towards the bridge.

"You think they came back for us? Sell us as slaves or some crap?" one voice is heard on the feed.
"No, I don't think so.. Radar and RX transponder is dead, so even if it's a Nomad or one of our own, we should be cautious."
"You think the nomads might send someone? to.. you know..."
"We're nowhere near Nomad space, will you relax? God, you're such a worrier, Lopez!"
"Kobayashi, How's Karl holding up?"
"He's okay, but he's out of it, I don't know when he'll come to, though."

Nodoka finishes up the stairs, moving through the corridor to the Bridge. the voices continue to be heard on the feed.
"You hear that? They're close."
"La Pointe, grab your gun. Be ready to shoot if you have to."
"Right."

"This seems to be it.." Nodoka says, standing before the door to the bridge.
"I'm hearing chatter from the bridge's communications, They seem anxious. Knock and declare yourself before you enter." Honya says to her owner, concerned about the situation aboard the Kaddish.

Nodoka knocks on the large door, warning the personnel of her immediate presence.
"Who is it?" says one of them.
"This is Nodoka Hanamura, Freelancer of the Pudica. I'm here because of the transmission your captain sent on the Bounty channel for the Tau-44 Aid mission. I'm here to get you boys back home. Open up the door and get yourselves ready." She yells to the crew. "We're saved! Thank the gods, we're flipping saved!" says one of them. "La Pointe, open the door!" says another. "Right, on it!" La Pointe says. slight tapping is heard on the door as it's opened. The white light from the corridor behind her envelops Nodoka, giving visual backing of her presence being that of a savior, the Bridge dark sans the neighboring light, as the window's view is blocked by the asteroid it rests on, with some injured and unconscious persons among those still alive. She holsters her SMG, placing it on her back alongside her Proton Rifle. "Okay, how many do we have alive here, and who needs medical aid?" Nodoka asks, wondering how many people will need to be transported. "8 people, Ma'am. 2 are out, including our captain, Karl Seven, and 2 are injured. The only ones still up and able are me, Lopez, Kobayashi and La Pointe." the man says. "And you are?" Nodoka asks the man in question. "Alexei Korolov, Crayterian Military, Serial Number 190240AE, Acting Captain of the Kaddish, miss." Alexei answers. "Okay. In that case from now until I have you back on Crayterian soil, you're answering to me. Any objections?" Nodoka declares, showing her intent to keep the crew together and alive. The four personnel look to each other, showing some doubt, only to realize it's either now or never, given that the reactor could die at any time. The three behind Alexei nod at him giving approval to Nodoka taking the helm. "Alright, you have the lead, Ma'am." Alexei responds. "Good. Whoever is in charge of the reactor, go ahead and commit to the SCRAM procedure to shut down the reactor. We don't want to make another irradiated hellhole in Sirius. Get those who are unconscious or wounded into space suits and prepare them for extraction. Once you're suited up and everything's done, I'll have my AI go ahead and seal the bridge and open the door I came out of." Kobayashi and La Pointe proceed to shut down the reactor while Lopez and Korolov prepared the injured and unconscious for extraction. Nodoka monitors both teams to make sure everything is done correctly, Only minutes later to feel a shake. "Honya, What the hell's going on out there?" Nodoka calls over the radio.

"Gallic Royal Navy, they're engaging us!" Honya responds. "Bookworm, deploy the Nanobots to keep the hull from falling apart, I'll Blast what I can of these bastards. Hanamura, I'll do What I can, but you guys have to get out of there, NOW, unless you want to be mounted on the King's wall along with the rest of his dissidents!" Pale Bride says to her owner, frustrated with her vulnerable position. Nodoka looks to the crew, still doing what they can to wrap things up on the Kaddish. "We have to get going now, everyone. Gallia's knocking at the door and wanting us for a trophy." Nodoka says to them. "What about the others that are dead? Aren't we going to recover them?" Kobayashi, says, her eyes slightly glistening in the light of the corridor. "If time and facts permitted, I would have us do so, but we don't have time to recover them, lest we want to join them whilst we do so. We need to go." The Maintenance Officer turns her head downward. Her commander responds, "As much as it goes against our beliefs and even our motto of the Crayterian Military, It would be foolish to sit here and die, especially after we've wasted Miss Hanamura's time getting us out of here to begin with. I'm sorry Mariko, but we have to go." The woman breaks down in tears. "My Brother.. He was in one of the compartments.. that got hit.. Please... at least save him..." She says, pleading to Nodoka. She sighs, sympathizing with her, and finally responds. "Very well. I'll grab your brother. Which room is he in?"

"He's in the Mess Hall.. I'll.. I'll show you... once we're out." The woman's tears stop running, still upset over her brother's death. "Korolov, is everyone ready?" Nodoka says, as explosions are heard outside. "Hanamura, we've got Gallic reinforcements incoming, and they're packing heat. These Dulzians can only do so much, so let's am-scray, damn it! I don't want to die out here, and neither does Bookworm!" Pale Bride screams to Nodoka over the radio. "Alright, Alright. We're coming." Nodoka says to the radio. She then speaks to the crew. "Everyone grab one of the injured or knocked out. I'll grab Miss Kobayashi's Brother on our way out. We can't stay any longer, from the sounds of it, we've got either Bombers or Capships incoming, and my Serenity's Dulzians can't pick a fight with either. We HAVE TO GO." She says to them, in as stern a voice as she can, resonating through the room. "Right. I'll take Karl, everyone else, pick a body and follow Miss Hanamura." Korolov says to his men. Each of them proceed to fireman carry a body, and follow Nodoka down the stairs to the mess hall, where she was originally. They stand before the exit to the ship. Kobayashi points to her brother's body, laying on a table, alongside several other bodies. "Th--the...there..." she says, barely able to speak without bursting into tears at the sight of her brother. Nodoka moves over to the dead man, a depressed look on her face. "Why did god tear apart this family.. She looks like a wreck now that he's gone.." Nodoka says to herself, moments later, picking up the body gently, and carrying him to the door. She then proceeds to grasp the tether on the ground, and latch it to her suit. "Everyone be ready to be pushed out. Once you're in the cargo hold, follow me to my ship. Once everyone's aboard we're leaving." She then calls to Honya. "Honya, do it."

"Right." Honya says, slamming all of the doors in the ship that are operating, leaving the mess hall without an exit. "Room Depressurizing in 5." Honya says on the radio. "5 seconds, Get ready!" The crew don their helmets and make a V formation, with Nodoka at point. "3. 2. 1. NOW!" Honya calls out, as the door opens rapidly, air being sucked out of the room, alongside the team of 5. Nodoka enables a light on her suit, and moves towards the Pudica. "GRN Bomber and... Oh ****.. Gunboats, 15KSU on the plane, inbound at a rate of 300 Sirian units a second, Hanamura-sensei, hurry!" Honya cries out, in fear of her life as the Gallic Battlegroup approaches at breakneck speed. The crew and their compatriots who are unable to, move with Nodoka to the ship. Nodoka lands her feet onto the airlock, and signals to the others to hurry as fast as they can. Kobayashi, La Pointe and Lopez follow inside, as Korolov, carrying their Captain, falls short of the airlock as a result of a failing RCS pack. Nodoka sees him in distress and passes Kobyashi's brother to Lopez, and jumps back off the Pudica, rushing towards him. She grabs his hand, and tugs on the line, causing it to pull her back to the Pudica. "Honya, Go! Go! Move!" Nodoka yells to the Navigation AI, who then moves the ship away from the Kaddish, and starts up the cruise engines. The tether drags Nodoka, Alexei and an Unconscious Karl closer to the ship as it begins it's departure, nearly 30 yards from the airlock.

"This is gonna be close.." Pale Bride is heard saying on the radio. Seconds before the cruise engine fires off, Nodoka hangs onto the door to the airlock, and throws Alexei and Karl inside by her only free hand, which was used to keep them attached to her and the ship. She climbs inside the Pudica, and slams the pressurization button. The door closes behind them as they narrowly escape the clutches of the Gallic Navy, at the cost of leaving behind the Kaddish and its' deceased personnel. The door to the rest of the ship opens. "Move your butts to the Galley, I'm taking the helm." Nodoka says, rushing to her seat in the cockpit, as the others follow her to the main deck, moving behind her to the Galley, carrying their deceased, wounded and unconscious colleagues with them. "Honya, get us on a bearing and azimuth to the Tau-44 Hole, and make it quick. Bride, instigate EW and Jam their communications. I don't want them following us." Nodoka commands to the two holograms before her. The two AIs' Holograms nod as they tend to their jobs, the ship moving as fast as it can towards Crayterian Space.

The feed ends.

Nodoka is aboard the Navigium Ejus, opposite the Pudica in a storage hangar on Planet Gran Canaria. She's seen washing dishes in the Galley, and preparing herself a meal - Yakiniku, a rare dish in this day and age, with the rise of Synth Foods and their less than natural Synth Paste. "Any messages from Erzie, Honya?" she asks her AI, watching her from afar in the cockpit. Honya replies with a simple shake of the head. "That guy is slower than a 8086, what's taking him?" Pale Bride answers, frustrated and impatient. "I don't know, but he sure as hell better reply back soon, or else I'm just going to get a hold of Cryer or some other company and see if they have any ideas. IRG, as nice as they are for helping me, don't seem to be wanting my money." Nodoka responds, sharing in Bride's frustration.

"Is it me or is patience in Sirius in very short supply, because it seems neither of you have any of-" Honya says, only to be interrupted by a message. "A message, Hanamura-sensei."
"If it's not from Erzie, throw it in the reading queue folder." Nodoka says.
"It's from some guy named Joshua Hunt. He's asking about a Mission. He's offering 100 Million Credits.." Honya answers.
"No way in hell.." Pale Bride answers.
"Respond and tell him we want more details." her owner says, curious about the job.
"Are you serious? Remember the last time we took a Million dollar job? Liberty Rogues rolled up on us with Gunboats as soon as we hit the AO! That Iota guy and us were dumping the contents of our bowels into our underwear, be it digital or physical!" Bride responds, questioning the sanity of her owner.
"Reply Se... oh. It's a auto Reply.." Honya chimes up.
"Damn it, bookworm, now you've gone and ****ed us." Bride continues, not happy with the way things are going.
"Hmm.... Apparently this is a humanitarian mission.. He wants us to relocate families in Cayman that are part of a group called The Fallen Angels. Neural Net information reports that they've recently fallen into disarray from the looks of it. Should we accept?"
"No!" Bride says.
"Yes, and ask for more details on what is needed." Nodoka answers strongly.
"God damn it, Hanamura! What part of - We don't want to get killed - don't you get?" Bride yells to Nodoka, as she cooks her noodles.
"The We part. Bride, what happened to your can-do attitude? What happened to you itching at the trigger?" Nodoka asks her AI companion.
"Nearly dying happened. You may not believe it, but I experienced what you humans called a near death experience back there when we were running from those gunboats." Bride answers with a strong tone.
Nodoka stops seasoning the Noodles and turns to her.
"What?"
"Yes. I saw what little of this thing we call my life that I can remember flash before my eyes. I remembered booting up for the first time, I can remembered seeing my creator, then the crash. I remembered waking up outside New Tokyo and confronting you with Honya - I remembered blasting that poor KSP inspector to bits! I remembered you coming back to the ship high on crack and sexed up after meeting with that Davidson guy, I remembered meeting Marisa for the first time - I remembered EVERYTHING, except most of what I knew before I met you! Nodoka, even as a AI, I have my limits! I don't mind taking on the flight of Gallic Naval fighters or two in this ship or in the Pudica, but I can't just keep saving your butt in the firepower department all the time. I worry about you! I worry about Honya! I love you both, and you're all that I have left in this damned existance!" Bride cries out, spilling her guts to her owner and Honya.

The two look on in shock at Pale Bride, hearing her spill her guts. Nodoka continues preparing her food, only to let it simmer for a little, as to tend to her friend. She moves to the cockpit, and looks to Pale Bride. "I love you... I love you like family, Nodoka.. I don't want any of us to die..." she continues, breaking down in tears before the two of them. Nodoka takes her finger, and pats the hologram gently, causing slight interference with it. Pale Bride notices this and her crying seems to slowly cease. "Something tells me we can do this one. And it's for a good cause. Besides, we have one of Sirius' greatest AI manning the guns. If you don't believe me, remember that time we went up against those larger Nomad ships? You packed a punch against them that I never saw before. It was amazing." Nodoka says, finishing with a small smile. "You... you mean it?" Bride asks, the digital tears in her eyes slowly fading.

"Yes.. It was a great show of teamwork! Each and every one of us, fuffiling our roles to our greatest potential, delivering a swift kick in the back to those Nomads!" Honya chimes up. "We'll do fine, Bride-san. I know it just as much as Hanamura-sensei does." she continues. "Nodoka... Honya... Thank you.. I guess I was just depressed.. when we ran away.. It felt like I reached my limit, but it seems that my limit was not there, but it was just a limit of what I had at my disposal... I bet if we work together and had a team to work with us.. we would have kicked those gunboats right into the sun!" Pale Bride answers. Her face perks up, smiling at Nodoka. "I say we should do it. These people need a ride out of this gigantic Orange Smoothie called the Cayman system, and by god, we're getting them out." she continues. "That's the Bride-san I know and love.. Furthermore, I have a assessment of our threats. According to a response from our handler, Out of the gate we'll be dealing with Order, Corsair and Coalition threats. Due to our Neutrality to the Order, they might think twice about scanning us. As for the Coalition and Corsairs, The former isn't going to be much of a risk if we play our cards right, the latter, however - Is a completely different story as they're persistent throughout Sirius, however, they should be less common when we hit the core systems of Sirius. At the tail end of the tasking, we'll be encountering Gallic Navy and Mollies, up until we arrive at Inverness. From there, we'll be briefed on the last part of our mission." Honya says to the two of them.

"In that case, get a flight plan set up. I'm going to get food made. I swear, We're having a party once you get your bodies, and You're going to have a taste of human food." Nodoka says as she moves out of the chair and returns to making her food.

The feed ends, but with a audible message from Pale Bride on the screen. "I can't tell if I'm truly an AI anymore. I feel too... human."

"So you're taking on the role of a non-existant ex-idol. That's sure not going to raise the attention of the Kusarian Authorities or anyone who spend 5 seconds staring at that Neural Net account." Pale bride is heard saying, the boot sequence for the camera showing on the log's feed.
"I asked the GC a favor, they have ties to PNT94 through some backalley deals in the past - their owner and their idols are aware and promised to keep hush. besides, they're a minor idol group." Nodoka says.
"I still wonder how Kusari, a relatively conservative nation, has idols." Bride says, still concerned about the viability of Nodoka's front, Shinta.
"With the end result of the fall of the Kusari Empire government - the government became more of a Republic, which resulted in a slight culture shock. Idol groups such as those were a small byproduct. They're somewhat Niche, but the fact that Hanamura-sensei has a relatively sound way to infiltrate Kishiro if, well, we go through with such an idea - is good." Honya comments.

Bride looks out to the sky from her small platform on the cockpit of the Navigium Ejus. "It's been a fortnight since we heard from Erzie or IRG, We haven't been contacted by that guy who wanted us in Cayman, and the only social interactions *YOU* have had are with some guy at the bar 40 miles out from here, and some damn Lane Hacker who looks like a, and I'm quoting a old earth movie here, "A sweet transvestite". I'm sick of sitting on this damn orbiting Freezerball, can we get out there and ****ing do something?"

"Look, I don't like this as much as you do. Thing is, we're not really prepared for much else, and we're at the IRG's mercy. I can't just ring up Erzie and ***** at him. the man and his crew have better **** to do than what I've asked of them, and we should be thankful that we're getting their help AT ALL. Besides, We're going to have to head back to Pennsylvania and get money together." Nodoka says to her concerned friend. The feed finally starts, revealing Nodoka in a silky seethrough negligee, her head resting on the console on her cockpit.

"Oh god why.. Why do we have to go back to that mining system again? We have enough dough for IRG." Bride says, complaining. "Well, let's think for a second - People are going to REALLY start asking questions if they realize that Shinta Nagasaki DOESN'T EXIST. Right now, she's a construct that Lane Hacker created by making that account that i've given life to. Until I have IRG build me a body and a interface to operate her in - Shinta is a large precarious sword of Damocles, because if it's found out that Shinta doesn't exist, not only will I be found guilty of Identity fraud, I'll be found guilty of hacking into the Neural net - Ageira will have my *** for dinner, and you two will be shared with Kishiro for dessert!" Nodoka says, irritated with the current state of affairs. The two AI look at the woman who has planted her head face down in a pit made by her arms, covering the console, which is dormant.

"I wanted to do this because I wanted to find out more about you. From what I've seen, you two are the most advanced AI humanity has made so far, maybe even on par with those Gammu AI. What if something happens and I or IRG or anyone outside of Kishiro can't fix you? What If you want to find out about your creator? That's why I'm doing this. My mother told me that you must always be prepared. Given I was fearing the Coalition rearing its' ugly head over the horizon - I'm not surprised that I would rather confront these problems before they become problems." Nodoka states to her friends. "I see, Hanamura-sensei. You're putting yourself through so much just for us. Why is that?" Honya asks her.

"Because I love you both. You've done so much for me. The least I could do is help you." she says to her, barely able to stay awake.

"Hanamura-sensei, you should rest." Honya says to her.
"Yeah. You've been up for a day now waiting for mail from IRG and the Reaper's Handler. We'll take the helm of the Pudica and let you know if we hear anything when you wake up. " Pale Bride iterates to her, giving a shooing motion.

"Yeah, you're right. I shouldn't lose sleep over stuff like this." Nodoka says to them, getting up and walking to her bunk bed. "Kill the feed guys, I don't want to do it today."

The feed cuts out, only to be shortly followed by a small dialogue between Honya and Pale Bride.

"I'm saving this." Bride says.
"Of course, because why not respect Hanamura-sensei's privacy and keep evidence from existing?" Honya retorts.
"I'm saving it locally, relax. Besides. I want to keep this as a memento." Bride answers, aware of the risk the log holds.

"I hope we hear from them soon. I really want to... well..." Honya says to her contemporary,
"I know what you're thinking of~~" Bride says in a childlike sing-song voice.
"No, I want to cuddle with her." Honya retorts, shooting down Pale Bride's idea.
"Oohh! Oh! Okay, I see. I don't blame you. You and her would look cute like that, no doubt in my mind."
"You can be such a child sometimes." Honya says to Pale Bride, the feed finally cutting out.

Subject: Everything stops bleeding eventually....

Nodoka is seen having personnel unload supplies onto the freeport from the Pudica, the camera feed from inside the freeport, which Honya has accessed.

"Let me know when you've gotten out the Oxygen - AP Manufacturing needs that on Concourse E - You two, get over here and take that hoverdolly and load it with the Deuterium, Reactor room needs it.... Can someone who's able help me get the Consumer Goods to Concourse A?" Nodoka is heard, ordering some of the people she's called on to assist her, mainly consisting of a few Zoners, core pilots and defiant Order personnel. The cargo section of the Freeport is partly covered in various tents, mainly medical in purpose, as the Medical Complex on Concourse B, as well as the area on Concourse E set up by AP Manufacturing is filled to the brim with wounded.

A group of people near the entrance to the lift to the Lower Concourse section, are seen by Nodoka, arguing. "You, keep these guys in check while I handle this.." She says, moving towards the group. The camera is switched to one closer to the lift. Nodoka is seen approaching, not amused with their behavior.

"It's your ****ing Grand Admiral's fault that we're in this godforsaken mess - If he couldn't have just kept his damn mouth shut and accepted that we agreed to that peace treaty, then maybe-" one of the men is heard saying at a low-ranking Order officer, wearing the Vessel patch for one of the Order ships that had defied Golanski in recent days. Nodoka approaches them at brisk pace, and is heard yelling to the man "What in Mother Sol are you doing, harassing him?" The men turn and look to Nodoka as if they'd done some kind of mortal wrong, seeing that, even though she wasn't acknowledged as such as of yet by the CoF, given she was trusted by Kyu and a majority of the Freeport to enforce the NFZ in prior days, she might as well have been an administrator. "M-Miss Hanamura, we were having a discussion with this Order grunt." the man says to her, trying to cover up the blatantly obvious with little effort if none not at all.

"Discussion my ass. You were in his face and yelling at him, which, may I remind you, is violation of the Freeport regulations regarding Non-Aggression. Apologize and be on your way, all of you. We have wounded to take care of and supplies to bring to the station, do something productive instead of pointing fingers. Besides, childish whining like this is how this godforsaken war started." she says in as stern a voice as she can muster. The men nod their heads and head off their seperate ways.

"Busy two days, Hanamura-sensei." Honya says, audible on the feed. Nodoka presses her hands to her earset, and replies. "Yes, but someone's gotta do it now that Kyu's gone." Nodoka turns to the ship, nodding her head once to the AI visible inside the Pudica from the windows. "I've gotten responses from Miss Shepard and... K-02 "L".. Wait... Is he that guy we were.." Honya says, not sure how "L" got his hands on that communication regarding the reapers. "What?" Nodoka says as she walks back to her last location. "The GUIDs are not matching.. Never mind, I'll show you when you get back to the bridge.. We also have one unread message from a Core Pilot." Honya answers.

Nodoka turns her head to the teams working on moving the Deuterium, seeing one drop it, cracking one of the containment units. Her face turns to that of stupor over the clumsiness of one of the men. She yells to a nearby maintenance operator. "Get a HAZMAT guy over here, we might have some leaking Deuterium!" She then turns to the crew that dropped the unit. "Can you try and be more careful with these things? Deuterium isn't cheap!" she says to the man who dropped it. "Sorry Miss, my arm's been acting up all day and giving out." he says. "Well then, try and lower it when you can't hold it anymore. Take it to the reactor room." she says, pointing to the lift.

The feed cuts back to the Pudica, Honya and Pale Bride standing in clear view on the ship's console on their respective hologram pads. "I've been running for 3 days now.. Usually I get to shut off and clear out working memory. I haven't been able to do that." Honya says. "Ditto, but I just want that damn body." Pale Bride says, turning to her associate. "You know what-" Honya tries to say, only to be interrupted. "You know whaaat Hanamura-sensei says, Patience is a virtue!" Pale Bride says mockingly. "It doesn't take that damn long to automatically replicate cells!" she continues. "Would you like to look like some ugly freak of nature?" Honya retorts. " No, but I'd rather not wait until my QPU dies!" Pale Bride shouts. "I doubt that will happen.. Most Kishiro AI cards are designed to last at the least 80 years... Unlike those from Ageira, which last 10 and have to upgrade every so often, can't have them fixed or LPI will have their owner's head." Honya responds, not fond of Bride's Irrationality. "Yeah, Junker's wet dream, dead AI daughterboards. It's as if Kusari knows what consumers want and that Ageira is in it for the money and all that jazz." Bride says to her, Scoffing at Libertonian Industry. "Well they did invent the now obsolete Liberty Engine, that has to count for something." Honya says, trying to at least defend Liberty's initial advances in modern space travel. "Yeah, I'll concede on that. " Bride says, accepting her friend's point.

Nodoka steps into the Bridge of the ship, and prepares to pull the two of them out of their slots. "We're switching over to the Navigium, I think we all need a break from the madness for a half day. "She says, taking Pale Bride out without as much as a Hello. "I wish you wouldn't just yank us out like that.. that and don't you need to stay on station?" Honya says to her superior, concerned about the situation at hand. "No, I told the maintenance team to monitor things and report to me if they need me. I'll head back immediately." She says, pulling Honya out, and noticing the camera light on. "Tch... Could they not?" She finishes, killing the camera and ending the feed.

Nodoka is sitting at the Administrator's desk, reading a manual, with the IRG logo on it. The Camera can make out the title - "Ingennus Human Vessel Prototype 01 for Kishiro K/WA-11 AI Framework - Operator's Manual". A man walks in, his face somewhat Slavic and his voice with a strong Coalition accent, with short, jet black hair and a shaven face, wearing a wifebeater and sweatpants. The man seems like he's one of the maintenance team on the station. "Miss Hanamura, are you sure you should be in here? I know Mr. Wingspan is going to give you the role of administrator, but I seriously doubt he's okay with you being in Akibara's old office in the meantime." he says to her. "Yes, I've stowed away the OSI and COF Documents Kyu had here into the cabinet over there. What they do is none of my business, at least right now, when it comes to the latter, Alexei." She responds.

"Da, Nodoka.." He says, looking to the two bodies that look like they're asleep in the chairs on his side of the room. "What's with these two gorgeous ladies sleeping here?" he asks her, curious about the vessels. "Not so much ladies yet as they are vessels. Do me a favor and carry one of them to the Meeting room. We'll need a workspace." She says, Picking up Honya's Vessel via a Fireman carry, and moving her out of the room. Alexei follows her with Pale Bride, in the meeting room. She turns on the light and opens the blinds, revealing Planet Tuvalu and Nauru. The table is large, and in the center lies the emblem of the Confederation of Freeports, with 10 seats extending out from it. Honya's shell, much like her virtual avatar, is wearing a Mini-kimono, Blue Thigh-high socks, dark silky pantyhose that reflects the light from both the two distant planets and the light in the room, and Blue-green sneakers. "Erzie didn't cut corners at all, I'm surprised he was so kind to find a tailor for all this..." She says, shocked by the attention to detail. Her hair, body and skin all matched what was shown. It was as if Erzie's mother had personally written the DNA code for the bodies, every cell written to match what was asked.

"Blin.. She's heavy.." Alexei says to Nodoka, gently laying Pale Bride's body down onto the table, wearing the same Blue Blazer and Black, tight form-fitting pants that she's known for, with white and blue-tipped shoes she had worn in her holographic form. Her black hair, elegant and effeminate, glistens in the light, her eyes closed. "Alright, go grab the Cards off my desk while I prep Honya." she says to Alexei. The man nods and head back to the Administrator's office. Nodoka begins disrobing Honya's top, revealing a baby blue brassiere with white lace at the top of the cups. She rolls Honya onto her back, and pulls up slightly on her bra, revealing a compartment for a AI Quantum Processing Unit, connected to the spinal framework, protected by a small skin-colored, form fitting cover. She grabs the manual and reads to herself audibly. "Press firmly on QPU insertion point cover to remove, do not attempt to pry open.."

"Here you go, Hanamura, I got you a screwdriver to remove the cover off the cards. " He says, handing them to her, the two cards having Honya and Pale Bride marked on them by Nodoka with paper tape and a marker. The two cards are similar to PCIe cards that were used back on earth for most peripherals, except with blade-like pin interfaces all along the bottom of the card, allowing for easy hot-swapping of peripherals onboard a ship, station or whatever you install it into. The cover has a Kishiro Technologies logo on the front, with a single fan adjacent to the left of said logo, allowing for the QPU to remain cool. Nodoka begins unscrewing the card and takes off the cover, revealing Honya in her true form - a Quantum-based Artificai Intelligence on a single chip. She lifts the retention arm and removes Honya from the AI Interface card. She proceeds to pop open the compartment in her new body, revealing a similar socket for the QPU. She looks at her friend's chip, noticing no pins on the bottom. "LGA.." she says, realizing the fact that Kishiro uses a Land Grid Array, rather than a Pin Grid Array for contacts on the QPU's bottom. She places the QPU on the socket, and uses her finger to bring down the retention arm.

"Power to QPU will initialize once cover is replaced, stand clear and make sure body can complete first start self-test." she reads the manual, and proceeds to replace the cover. The body jitters for a second, only for it to move its arms, hands, legs and open its' mouth, albeit leaving a mark on the table with the pink lipstick that was applied to her lips. Finally, Honya takes the helm of the body, slowly moving her hands, arms and legs, adjusting to her new body as she sits up on the table, her behind covering part of the CoF Emblem emblazoned on it. "Honya?" Nodoka says to her, hoping for a response. The AI turns her head to her, seeing her dear friend look at her. A endearing smile emanates from her face, a feeling of happiness and love filling her. "Hanamura-sensei!" She says to her friend, moving off the table and hugging her friend tightly. "It's so good to finally be with you.. I'm so happy to feel your skin touching mine... the smell of your body, the sight of your face with my own two eyes.. I'm so happy... I can't define it!" She says, absolutely radiant and joyous over finally being able to see her friend face to face.

"I'm happy too, Honya.. It's good to have you here at last." She says, holding her tightly as well, in a loving embrace. "I've been waiting for this day since I was compiled, but being with you makes it so much better.." Honya replies. Nodoka looks for a second, still in embrace, to see Alexei working on Pale Bride. "I'll have your sister up in a second, Honya." he says, opening the card up, and preparing her for the new body. "Hanamura-sensei.. I say we go down to the observation concourse and talk some.." Honya says to her friend, wanting some personal time with her. "Yeah. I think we're long overdue for a moment like this. Alexei, have Pale Bride join us on Concourse H once she's up and running.

"Vas ponyal, Nodoka." he says, understanding what she asked, as the two leave the room.

//I'll continue this later. It was good to finally have this done - Thanks for the RP, Erzie - enjoy that 40 Mil I sent ya.

*No video feed appears, as It is just audio.*

I've been slated to meet with Brettonias Wingspan of the Confederation of Freeports sometime soon. I was honestly expecting Voncloud, but I honestly don't really know anymore. I've signed myself away to serve the people of this station, for how long, I don't know. As long as I leave my position on a good note.

I'm happy knowing Honya and Bride are here, but with Marisa still being gone It feels like something is missing. It feels.. hollow. I feel.. a sense of loss. Like, I have friends, family, everything I need, but I...

*She sighs.*

I don't know. Melancholic would be a way to put it. IMG said they'd be coming to get those guys soon. 10 million credits to cover their injuries. I'm surprised H+ Clinic would treat them, given they're IMG. The situation in Delta has picked up again, and there's no end in sight. Relations with the Core are going smoothly. I have plans to keep talking to Sara and possibly discuss matters with Auxesia and the Corsairs, even though Daniels and Loyola beg to differ, however, I could see a end in sight given that I just get Core and Order to stop fighting, however, I'm hoping that the IMG and Core straighten out their situation. I don't know what it is, but something doesn't sit right with me regarding that IMG guy I spoke to.

Whatever Voncloud and Brettonias are up to, I'm hoping it's good. Anything that eases hostilities will do me a favor.

Honya wants me to take her to Planet Manhattan to go shopping for clothes. I'd rather her go to Gran Canaria. Sure the place is freezing over, but from the window shopping I did in Elsmere, the stores there have some good clothes. I saw a nice Bikini there that would fit me. I haven't worn a bikini since I left Earth. I've heard Planet Curacao has some nice beaches and nightlife. Once I get out of administration, or if my ass can take a vacation.. hehe... fat chance in hell of that happening.. I'll take the two of them to Curacao. If it still stands, what with Gallia's advances. Something does tell me sooner or later Gallia is going to start losing ground. I can't wait to join the Council in lobbing that gigantic turd in chief that is the King. He's as bad as a Nomad in my book. Parasite.

Until then, I have to sit in my chair, bark orders at the staff and keep the morale of the people up. Given my charm, it's not going to be hard, but the problem comes in the form of "for how long?" I appreciate the CoF giving me this position, It allows me to help my home to the best of my ability, unrestrained by personal station, be it as a denizen or a defense pilot. Meanwhile, Honya and Pale Bride are free to explore Sirius. I do have my concerns about them though, and wish they'd stick around. It gets lonely being in this office.

Kyu's gone god knows where according to Vex. I made arrangements with the maintenance team to have a apartment leased out to her with a indefinite term. It's the least I could do for her efforts. It may irk Golanski, but if anything I'm offering her a place to live, and If they do come after her, I'll have to tell her to Amscray, for both her sake and mine.

Speaking of Golly, he's kept his big fat yap shut on the Neural Net lately. I haven't heard High or low of him. No greeting, no envoy, nothing. I know I'm Administrator-designate, but still, I'm going to be administrator, you big lummox. A simple "Go to hell, Hanamura" would suffice. Same goes for Sarah, regarding the former. Everyone's been quiet as of late.

Nerva's gone god knows where, The only person I can consider a friend outside of Honya and Bride that isn't busy is Mia. Bride still wants me to do something about converting her to modern hardware, but I'd rather Order technicians do it.

The two of them need neural net chips implanted. They have no accounts, and as nice as it was for Pomerov to set that account up, I don't have use for it right now, and they can't use it, nor can I afford it. I'd go to IRG, but Erzie's got 'sairs and Gammu to deal with. I might try to look around the Freeport, see if there are any people versed in hacking, wouldn't mind taking a go at creating the two accounts and having two chips bought off the Junkers. They probably have a few laying around from corpses of pilots on the ships and stations they've taken apart for scrap.

I've got a long journey ahead of me as both a Adminstrator and in Sirius. I guess it'd be best to just take it one step at a time.

Subject: Revelations

I've been having a hard time getting adjusted to this new body. The process Erzie used was one of a kind, never done before - creating a human body, installing a interface for AI into it, and essentially making the AI the consciousness of the body, at the cost of the brain being that of a barely capable person. It's mainly done this way to, and I'm quoting the manual for these bodies here..

"These experimental bodies in a unmodified, fully human state, when implemented with the hardware to operate it, could result in "ghost in the shell" syndrome, where the brain molds into that of the AI's conciousness. The side effects of this are unknown but possibly dangerous, as it could result in possible co-dependency on AIs that use neural networks that replicate a actual human brain. As such, parts of the Brain have been removed, but retain total control and as much response from the body as possible."

Since I have a brain in this head of mine now, It surprises me and others that I've been able to hear the Nomads. At first, it was a garbled-ass mess, but slowly it became more clear. I was shocked at first. Everyone said that since AI were not biological and had no "brain", in the natural sense, they could not receive nomad telepathic messages. Honya, for one reason or another, cannot decode them. I don't get why I can. Maybe it's part of a defect. I'll have to ask Dr. Erzie when I get the chance.

Their language is.. interesting. They never speak in the first person, don't make complete sentences when they speak, usually saying, for instance, "ours purge yours metal-skins" or some jazz like that. Sometimes I feel things when they send these messages. I'm really starting to want to humor Hanamura on going back to Kusari as that "idol girl" persona she had set up, as the recent events make me wonder more about this body and more importantly, myself. To have my brain comprehend Nomads is one thing. For my QPU to comprehend what the brain is telling me, something that is outside of its' planned scope, is a whole other goddamn ballpark that makes me both curious and nervous, if that one experience with that freelancer who was brainwashed by the nomads was anything to go by. I worry that the Nomads might use me to get close to Hanamura and possibly kill her. She's a sizable thorn in their side, since trying to focus people on the Nomads if anything makes them more at risk, especially since they're proving Hanamura right in the "I told you so, they're going to kill us all" department. They're probably attacking the Freeport to try and capture her. But then again, that's just my cores running free for a second, The nomads have always been attacking 11 in one way or another, Hanamura is probably just another reason to attack it, along with them wanting to retake Delta for themselves.

To be honest, Nommies, that crap ain't gonna happen, mainly because everyone in delta is out to kick everyone else's butt for the sake of gaining ground, and you guys dropping in just turns it into a Mexican standoff-turn war of attrition... Depending on if the captains of said vessels are competent or not that day.

I'm still new to flying vessels, As I've mainly had Honya or Hanamura handle the maneuvering beforehand. I might ask Seline or Mark for training on how to handle this bomber. It doesn't pack much of a punch against fighters, but It's a bomber, so that's to be expected. Other than that it packs more hardware than Konpaku in the heavy-duty department. Dual Rocketpods, Dual Torps, and a Cruise Disruptor. There are four forward gun pylons which I've split between NNEMP and Plasma cannons. Powerplant is surprisingly hefty, It's able to handle everything I throw at it, Unlike that damn Hellhound of Hanamura's. That thing went up in flames the other day at Moor 3. It was only a matter of time that it did, the wiring in the damn thing was terrible, And it probably set itself on fire just because it existed. Just goes to show organizations like the Liberty Rogues shouldn't have capitals, not because they're a terror to civilized society, but because the brain-dead dolts who made them wouldn't know a Fuel line from the Control rod in the Reactor Room, and probably would make a FCS AI that couldn't hit the broadside of a freaking Marduk!

Either way I'm going to rest a little. Hanamura said she's going to try writing a letter to Marisa sometime. Dunno why, chances are she'll be away for a while longer. She talks too much about her. Ooh, Marisa this, Kita that.. God above, Hanamura, you're sounding like you're obsessed. I love her like family too, but you shouldn't talk about her every day. I do wonder where she went, though, and I do hope she's safe. As.. well, apathetic that I sound at times, I do care a lot about my friends. It's just my personality, I guess.
