Often, the outcast militia known as Xtreme Fighters sends small groups of its elite soldiers to assault, research or plainly obliterate certain areas of Sirius. They mostly act in packs of four members at maximum, making enemy patrols vanish and leaving very few survivors left in order to instigate fear and superstition amongst those who may attempt to stop them or take revenge. Facing off against the military of most nations, nasty creatures such as nomad and infectees and even other outcast organizations, they've always come on top. Psychological warfare and reasoning is shrugged off by these combatants whose only purpose in life is to fight and defeat those who stand in front of them. Should the odds stack against them, they'll charge in with even greater courage, and they will fight to the last without giving a single inch of room to breathe.

OORP:
Last year we gathered 50 players. Let's see how many we get this time. We've changed the format of the event compared to last year.
Event summary: XTF tagged players will gather in Omicron Alpha and raid most of the houses, starting with the Taus, then moving to Bretonia and lastly Liberty (as Rheinland is out of the outcast ZoI). Non XTF players who wish to participate are free to engage in each and every system, reengaging on different systems but not in the same one (this means, if your templar was destroyed in New London you may fight against us again in New York with an avenger). We encourage all players to fight against us and not beside us, although if the odds are terrible you're free to log an outcast ship in order to assist us.
Date: Saturday 3rd of September. At 19: 00 server time the XTF ships will depart from Alpha. The duration of the event is estimated to be of at least 2 hours.
Where: Defenders are adviced to gather in each capital system (New Tokyo, New London and New York. If you want to engage us in a different place you're free to do so. If you come alone or in a small group we'll give you a fair fight while the rest of the group moves on.
Reason: In August 24th XTF has become 12 years old. Let us celebrate.
Participants:
- Any players regardless of their ID restrictions are welcome to participate, from corsairs to GRN and xenos. Should you do so you will be sanctioned
-Any non-outcast ID'd player is welcome to participate, indy or not. Freelancers may also participate. But you still have to follow the rp and id restriction of your id
-We're looking to gather as many players as possible. This affects both sides. Don't worry about odds.
Currently GRN| backs the event.
Rules: These are only guidlines and can't be enforced over such large area
-Defenders and attackers are allowed to gather up before engaging eachother. This contemplates players arriving to the system, but not players who haven't still logged in the game.
-XTF players are forbidden to log non-XTF tagged ships for the event.
-Snubs only. Check with the ban list.
-XTF will not be supported by other outcast players or allies unless the odds are terrible. Players who wish to aid XTF can do so logging hostile ships and killing them.
-No respawns. Players who have been killed during the fight will not be able to rejoin in the same system.
-No basehugging. No sundiving. Fight until the end.
Perks:
-Players do not need to register for the event. Doing so however, will open up the possibility of a special ship rewarded by the XTF. In order for this to apply, you need to register and participate in the event.
-Players of the factions that wish to back the event up are automatically registred.
-As a common agreement for the event, OORP alliances will be allowed and ZoI restrictions ignored. If you ignore your ZOI you will most liekly get sanctioned
-The Hall of Fame has been temporarily opened for guests. You can visit it here to learn more about the older members of the XTF, some of which are said to be the best players ever in Freelancer.
Development:
-The event will start at 19:00 server time in Omicron Alpha. The attackers (XTF) will move to New Tokyo as fast as possible and begin fighting the defenders. Regardless of victory or defeat, the attackers will move on to New London next and then to New York. Players who try to stop the attackers will be given duels with even numbers and skill if possible. The fights in the capital systems may take up to 1 hour. After this period all the attackers will suicide or leave and move on. Defenders and attackers are granted up to 10 minutes after the attackers' arrival to gather up and organize their forces.
XTF will use mostly if not exclusively fighters.
Bans: These are only guidlines and can't be enforced over such large area
-The following ships or weapons are banned from the event:
-Full missile/torpedo layouts.
-All ships except VHFs or below are banned.
Gifts:
-It's our birthday, but because we're drug addicts, instead of getting gifts, we're giving them out. Players who participate in the event and register may be selected by the XTF to recieve a tagged ship. Said tag will be password protected. The ship will be named: *Tag*.*Oldplayername*'s.Fan
Example: [AT]~Redman's.Fan
As such, these ships will be unique. Renaming is of course a possiblity.

The event is now VHF or below only. This means that the only shipclasses allowed are VHFs, HFs and LFs.
