RNC-Cichol : Black Box - Ruairi - 08-26-2016 "She's hurt bad... hopefully we make it back in one piece." "...repair and maintenance for a few weeks..." "Sorry Captain, but the black box is missing. We're going to need a new one." "Guess we won't be remembered without our pack-mule huh?" "Repairs are almost finished. Break time is nearly over you guys." "Time to get down to business." The RNC-Cichol ("Withered Feet") is a Donau-class capital ship. Mostly stationed in Dresden to take out surrounding Hessian ships, the Cichol rarely leaves the system. Armed with general cruiser weaponry for all Donau-class vessels, versatility and integrity are the gleaming aspects of the beauty. Inside this masterpiece is one captain, and a handful of diligent crew members. Each having their own role, and each being equally as important. These people are a team, and know how to get things done. Mark Fischer, the captain of the ship, rules over the crew with an iron, but respectable fist. Respect, bravery, honor, and more define his vision of a perfect crew. And to him, his own crew is an example of perfect. Further within the Cichol's hull is a black box, which records everthing. From regular chatter on board, to military directives, this black box knows all. Nearly indestructible, the complete loss of the Cichol's history is nigh-impossible. Despite all these amazing aspects, the Cichol took a heavy blow when ambushed by several Hessian cruisers in Dresden. Extreme heavy fire managed to damage the black box just enough, to where it detatched and drifted away into the sun, never to be seen again. ...months, if not years worth of information...lost in an instant... But, thanks to some accounting, a new black box has been installed to the Cichol. Repairs are still being done, but the beauty is almost ready to fly again. The crew, still as vigilant as ever, is ready to continue their job in keeping Rheinland safe from the Red Hessians. Every journey begins with a single step. On this new adventure, this --- is step one. Glory to the Fatherland.
