A New Beginning of Casper Hopkins - DkJericho - 09-05-2016 Name: Jasper "Casper" Hopkins Date of Birth: Unknown Birth Place: Unknown Location: Somewhere in the Omega-47 system Vessel: BW Dromedary Casper, a name his friends gave him but his true name is Jasper. As a young man in his mid 20's he was raised In the New Berlin system where exactly is unknown but what we do know is he has been hanging with the wrong crowd. With the economy of Rheinland at its lowest and jobs being scarce Casper has resorted to slinging drugs throughout Planet New Berlins main city. Though the credits where doing him well there have been multiple raids by the Rheinland Federal Police on his cardamine housings. With the heat on his tail he decided to get off planet. With the credits he had saved from being a dealer, Casper purchased his first freighter the Border Worlds Dromedary with its decent cargo bay and new possibility's before him he headed his way to the Omega-47 system known to house the organization The Red Hessians. With a new ship and a new plan Casper hopes to become a wealthy smuggler and begin anew by getting a contact somewhere with the Hessian Army. After a bit of a travel he arrived to the Omicron Alpha sector. Here he noticed a orange and brown looking planet know to be named Planet Malta home to the Outcast. As his ship approached the mooring fixture multiple indicators went off on his vessel some form of a warning stating all none native visitors are to where oxygen mask if they are to depart from the vessel. Casper said aloud, "So this is where they grow the cardamine". Once his vessel was moored he did as the warnings said and fitted himself with a portable oxygen mask. Walking down the ramp of his ship he headed to where the docking manager was located, to his surprise he was halted by two armed guards. "Hey you!", one of the guards said to Jasper. "Do you have clearance to be on this level?". Taking a few steps back he stopped and stood his ground. "No sir I've come here to seek out some work in hopes of distributing this fine product ya guys have here". The guards look at each other, "Well as great as that is to hear unfortunately you need to speak with one of our superiors before we can grant you access". The guard points over to a small office tucked inside a cavern in the mountain side. " You can speak to someone there". Jasper begins to head in the direction he was pointed to, the doors slide open. Jasper stops in the doorway, "So this is where it begins..." The doors slide closed behind him.After ten minutes of waiting it seemed no one was around so turning around he exited the building and returned to his vessel to send a message to the National Council of Malta in hope to gain access there shipping bay or possibly meet with someone directly.
