A Stargazer and a bit over twenty-five grand.

Bullshit. I won't die as a poor man. Starting today, I'm going to be rich. This Stargazer is going to be my ticket to a nice goddamn apartment, all the sushi I can eat, and satisfaction. Desire fulfilled. And when I'm done, or die, whichever comes first, the log of every single receipt I keep will prove to the world anyone else can do it, too.

Well, I got this raggedy old Stargazer patched up, flew to New London, and spent a few hours dialing all the nav-map data I could find on the 'net into the computers. Then I bought some gin, not for myself, for once, and thus begins the story of my becoming a rich man, told from here on out by all my receipts.

Pretty damn solid start. I think I'm eying a Camara, once I make my first million or two. I wonder what all the fuss about piracy is when the lanes're this quiet.

Bloody Munich. Jumped in and got spat out 100k away from anything, had to fly through one of those radioactive clouds to get to the planet. Blew four grand on repairs, there. Ah, piss on it, I'm printing it now.
