Dear Madam,
Ihe IMG is constantly studying the demand of raw materials in the whole of Sirius and we came across something that is alluring: Niobium is required in Londonderry at an interesting market price. The pricing suggests a demand, and we would be willing to supply Niobium ore if we are given access rights to Londonderry. We would take refined gold ore to the Hood (claiming that it is refined by the IMG and thereby "laundering" it), and then mine Gold Ore.
