Greetings respected members of the Bretonian war cabinet,
one of our bases combat units in conjunction with a BAF| Lt. came across some startling intelligence a few days back, the reason this was not sheared with you at once was because the nature of the intelligence had to be confirmed before any action could be undertaken,
That intelligence has now been confirmed by our undercover agents within the borders of gallia,
We now know that not all Gallic Captains are of there own ability to willing withdraw from a fight, or in fact do anything other then comply with orders,
through our first hand intelligence gathered by our bomber and the BAF|lt. and then confirmed by our undercover agents we have learned that the kingdom of Gallia has been cloning and using genetic alterations to these clones to instill a loyalty and willingness to fight and die for Gallia without question or hesitation,
The reason we bring this intelligence to you with such interest is as our pilot and your Lt. learned that this willingness however is not fault proof,
if the person is given a chance to actually "feel" witch we believe is one of the things that the genetic alteration targets, then they are slightly able to suppress there "brain programing" and do actually wish to be helped.
