I'm not exactly sure who you are, what you represent or who you work for but none-the-less we're here to offer you a deal.
We understand you have a device that is really quite unique and which is of relative interest to us. As we've never examined equipment like that and we are very interested in learning more about it which doesn't result in half of Liberty being incapacitated.
We're prepared to offer you a sum for that device, something better than the Liberty Government will offer. If you are interested, then we would really like to discuss this deal with you.
