I'm back but all my characters are missing. Let me explain. My computer which I've had for 9 years finally gave up. It died of old age. RIP Old Computer. Now I got a laptop but my characters are lost. Is there a way to retrieve them?
Character #1: Yang.Xiao (It may be Xiao.Yang) (It was a order ship)
Character #2: Nomad Gunboat(Can't remember the name)

Step 1: Dont panic
Step 2: Retrieve chars
Step 3: Make backups of your accounts!

Unable to find a Ship with either of the names.
If you have been away for over 6 months, then your Ships would have been auto-deleted.
