How do I sign up?
Post "Sign me up!" in this thread and you're in! It's free! No tickets required! I will use your forum name to sign you up.
How will you choose and announce the winners?
Lottery end on 24th December, 11:00PM server time. I will get the names of everyone signed up. I will then enter them in this website. I will use the "randomize" function to... well.. randomize the contenders. From top to bottom I will count the 9 winners.
I will record the process on video, so it wouldn't sound like i'm picking favorites. Winners will be announced on 25th December. Or later. You know, RL and stuff.
Are there any rules?
Faction accounts will not be registered. Everyone else is allowed to participate.
As there is no way I can stop people from making 10 alt accounts to sign up, please give everyone a fair chance by not cheating.
The prizes WILL be given out. This is not a fake lottery. GUARANTEED
