Idea: Add Faction Information to Base/Planet Info cards. - Jasoneagle - 02-23-2017
I had an Idea and not sure if practical or even if this is the right place to post it but here goes:
Add a line in the info cards for bases and planets to include what faction owns the base.
Reason i suggest this is many times I have to switch over to FL Companion to find out who Controls a Base/Planet to check for docking rights or attempt to dock only to find out that the Docking rights don't Match with my Faction Standings.

In space, place the mouse over the base. 99/100 times it will show the name of the base and the faction it's affiliated with.

Ie: Wanting to transport an Item from base A to Base B where base B is in a diffrent system and not visited in a while or information was bought from an npc, Buy goods and travel all the way to base B and Find out do to your standings with Faction C you cant Dock at Base B, and in some cases Base A was the Second on your list of highest sell Prices. so the Trip was worthless or even cost Credits do to time spent or enemies Encountered that did damage to your ship.

I think that idea would be actually useful. Not all 'visible' bases have full infocard because they weren't docked on.
