Serious answer: it means adding different lights to your ship. There are more than 100 choices!

Man, I've never heard about it.
But pimping the ship changes the look of the ship or only make its light brighter?
Also, does it improve the ship?
Would be nice if I could see the difference with an image.
Never mind - by the link you provided I can see those images.
Now I'm wondering what else would be the next commands after /pimpship
