Given your refusal to obey orders and established company guildlines, I am sending you this message to inform you I am 1) very angry and 2) suspending your escort pay for this month and the next until you learn some respect.
I issued a statement to all BMF pilots about travelling through National Council space without their permission, you however seemed to find it amusing to ignore that directive and fly through the taus anyway. After I told you not too....twice. As such I am taking you off the Malta run until you can be trusted to follow orders.
