What this means is that when you kept jumping back and forth through the Chugoku to Sigma 13 jh to avoid the Nova's and Phantoms chasing, you were breaking the rules. You are not allowed to jump through a jumphole and then as soon as you get out, jump back through the same jump hole over and over again, which you did about 5 times during this incident.
I am one of the ones reporting before anyone thinks to post about how I shouldnt post here.
