Image conversion/compression - Kauket - 05-24-2017

I need to know what program I can use to convert my fl screenshots to something far lighter like jpg and have it all compressed. Because it's taking up 208GB of my harddrive space. (and I like having access to old screenshots just incase)

pls recommend something thank

I just googled the first image conversion software I could find.
Convert it into anything that isn't a Bitmap. By far the worst storage medium for images.

why do you have over 200GB of screenshots? Do you take 60 a second?

))))))))))))))

it goes as far back as october 2015 and yes i have to screen everytime i start up otherwise it does the stupid crap where it freezes for literally 2 minutes if i need to screen something important like someone breaking the rules or something

and yes I know convert them into anything but bmp, that's why I'm asking for a program that'll go through 100k worth of images?????????????????????????

will see how imagemagick is ok it's worthless, it doesn't do a mass conversion within the file.

found a basic batch file, slight quality loss but that isn't too bad.

Do you mean within a directory? ImageMagick can do that, and very easily. This ought to do the trick.

Code:
mogrify -format jpg *.bmp
