Are you trying to get cargo ships above 3600 and a quasi-lawful status? I'm not sure if that would be allowed by the admins again, after how the old IND turned out (iirc) and for trade balance in general.
Also didnt you swap out to BMM ID at some point? It's all a bit hard follow....
