RIP Chester Bennington (Lead vocalist of Linkin Park) - Arioch - 07-20-2017
Found his body this morning - Suicide by hanging.
Love them or hate them, they've been around for a long time and have been quite influential. I remember listening to them in my early double-digit days and loving their first few albums.
Really sad to see/hear.

I feel like musicians always do this, Kurt Cobain, etc. I have no idea why they do, but its sad nonetheless.

I am not a big fan of linkin park, but enjoy some of their songs. Their late songs were "degrading" to pop music, but still good, probably there would have been new amazing songs, if Chester hadn't died.

Seen them live a couple of times... have all their music.
People sometimes laugh at others who suffer from mental illness.... Chris Cornell.. now Chester. It really is a serious issue....
It has to be really hard for the families because Chester was actually the godfather to Chris's children... and Chester killed himself on Chris's birthday

I'm not the biggest LP fan ever but I absolutely love some of their songs, and one album in particular. Pretty heartbreaking stuff.
