Zhe actions of secondary fleet officers do not entirely fall on zhe primary fleet Oberkommando, however zhe Rote Hessen Armee found it necessary to report zhis specific incident zhat occured recently.
Generalmajor Heinrich was preforming a "field test" per say, in zhe Cambridge system when she along with several members of zhe People's Republic and zhe Rote Hessen Armee were attacked by an overwhelming force of Bretonian Armed Forces personnel. Nothing out of zhe ordinary, until a Council warship with zhe callsign "CLN-Triomphante" engaged Armee personnel as well as zhat of zhe People's Republic, crippling several vessels.
Zhe Generalmajor is quite... displeased, to put it best. Zhe Rote Hessen Armee wishes for you to address zhis captain of his allies so zhat such an incident might be prevented in zhe future.

It indeed seems to be an unfortunate misunderstanding, although more or less understandable as Bretonia is an ally of us in our struggle against the Gallic Royal Navy. While it's strange to see a Redemption-class vessel wander that far into Bretonia, members of the Flotte Dispersée aren't as much under the control of the High Command as our regular forces. That said while we could act as a mediator between you et the CLN Triomphante, it would be more efficient for you to resolve the situation with the capitaine directly.
On the other hand, I would be quite glad if the displeased Generalmajor would waste your resources et manpower on someone else other than Bretonia, a house already suffering from the Gallic Onslaught, else you may easily find yourself facing the armada of Valor-class ships without a house in between you et the GRN. Believe me, that would not do any good for either of us.
