As you may all know, a few months ago, an "Oder" -class Gunboat wreck was captured and moved to Genesis Hall for repairs. It wasn't an easy task to bring a heavily damaged vessel from the edge of Omicron Minor to our base. Everything was possible with the help of two Guardins of the Arch.

At first the wreck was discovered by some Core vessels and a random Freelancer. With the help of one of our Assassins, Guardians of the Arch defeated the oppressors leaving alive only the Freelancer, who proved useful later on. When I arrived at the site, a recovering plan was already on going. The Guardians accepted, upon finishing the recovery, the gunboat to remain in our possession, with one condition: give them all the data we can salvage.

The vessel looked like it went through one hell of a fight. No one was on board the ship. The only thing alive was the ship's AI. It complied with all our requests and even gave us a short insight of what happened to the crew. They encountered one of the big Nodes. You can all guess what happened next.

As soon as the gunboat moored at Genesis Hall, I set it's captain identification to myself just to prevent the AI doing things of its own. The craft is equipped with an experimental power core which is highly unstable, it almost blew up next to our base due to overheating, and with some prototype engines. It will require extensive repairs and unfortunately our engineers can't do anything by themselves. We require aid from The Guardians of the Arch who have extensive knowledge about Rheinland combat vessels.

Yesterday, I've been contacted that "The Königstiger" will arrive so we can move our captured vessel to Kaarst Drydock in Omega-55. We had some difficulties powering up the remaining functioning systems of the ship. The experimental power core that is installed is highly unstable. Adding the fact that the ship sustained heavy fire makes handling it much more difficult.

While it's been docked with Genesis Hall, our engineers managed to prepare the gunboat for transport, but is far from being combat ready. Only essential personnel was assigned to the vessel. I personally supervised the transfer from Genesis Hall to Kaarst Drydock and everything went smoothly.

Several days have passed since our new asset has been transferred to Kaarst Drydock. The engineers that have been assigned to help with our project had some intense work to assess the current status of the ship. Things are not looking good at the first sight, but the gunboat will be up and running in no time. We've also established a shipping list for each module that needs repairing.

Shipping list
Stage 1: Main systems
Stage 2: Secondary systems
Stage 3: Crew and life systems

The repairing procedures will proceed in chronological order as listed in the "Shipping list". Word will be spread to our friends that we are in need of goods. The materials needed will firstly be stored on Newport Station, then transferred by our logistic team to Kaarst Drydock.
