Hmm, worrying.

Only Intelligence or <Classified> operatives would be able to gain entry to such a vessel. I shall question the crew of the Victory. We may need to test for loyalty.

I'm afraid you two will be standing trial on various charges, primarily 'Grave Incompetence'.

Totenkopt, I don't know what the hell has gotten into you. You may have to report to medical. How the hell didn't you notice that Ivan has a different eye colour?! You used to hunt down the Wilde hiding in Rheinland, dammit! I've watched you kill infested people in the Omicrons because they 'felt funny', and that's when you were green, fresh out of the Chancellor's forces!

Varnava... even worse here.

You are supposedly the Revolution's most able bomber pilot. Why the hell wasn't your bomber, registered as X-Ray #336 (which is not registered as having been in the repair bay), able to fire a supernova into the gunboat (piloted by an untrained gunboat commander) before its shields could come up in the docking bay? And don't you dare try tell us that you were worried for the station's safety, seeing as you, being the best aim in the Coalition, could have hit the engines, or at least fired cruise disruptors.

Also, allowing a non-Intel operative to gain access to the Krivak was damned ridiculous. Add that to the charges.

In fact, Nikolai, this is making me worry about your loyalty. Do you know what happened to ultra-talented people that may have been disloyal in the ancient USSR? You may want to look up 'Leon Trotsky' in Cape Verde's library and then keep away from anyone that likes to climb frozen waterfalls.

I expect a very good defense from both of you, and I expect it yesterday. If you cannot prepare a good defense, the traitor's body will suffice.

Sir, being the best pilot doesn't cut it if you don't have a ship to fly at the time. While I was on the Krivak and found out about Voronov, I was hoping to catch him before he made it to the Kerensky's Honor. Unfortunately I made a bad judgment call and he had already made it to his ship. I would of gladly went after him, but any ship I owned were in the other hanger and I didn't make it in time to catch him before he left Omega 52.

A bad call on my part, sir. I apologies for it. Varnava out

Downright pathetic. You're smarter than that and I expect more from a ranking officer of the Coalition. This would never have happened in the fascist, but disciplined and capable, military that I once served in. You should have been able to prep a bomber for launch in less time than it takes a lone, untrained lunatic to ready an entire gunboat.

I expect you to don your <Classified> uniform and have the traitor erased from existence. At first he appeared to be mentally ill, in need of medical attention, which is most likely still the case. However, he has now been identified as most definitely a traitor and a danger to all those around him. Criminally insane. The punishment is death, of course. I'll leave you to decide how he dies, but see that it is done. Kill him whilst he sleeps for all I care. This is your mission, and yours alone. Call it a measure of your competence and loyalty.

Now, as to your punishment. You will be demoted to Lieutenant Commander, effective as of this very moment. Fortunately for you, we believe in second chances... after all, everyone makes mistakes. Of course, such a strange error from such a talented individual makes one wonder whether it was an accident at all. You get the benefit of the doubt... this time. Next time I won't be so damn lenient. I assume you've done your homework on what happened to Mr. Trotsky.

Right, a Corsair group, tagged <666> is now marked for death, and the Ho Chi Minh's gun crews, aided by Lieutenants Baranova and Kessler were able to kick-start the progress here. They apparently give their men Cardamine, poisoning their fragile little skulls with the Outcasts' venom.

I want you to clean those skulls out. With Coalition-made shells.

Right, I want all troops on red alert!

We have been betrayed by the treacherous Corsairs, whom we have been building schools for, in the form of 'the Brotherhood'.

The Ho Chi Minh, escorted by Lt. Baranova's Tiger Shark, was conducting standard drills in Omicron Gamma when we encountered Fugitive Indigo Victor.

We opened fire, attempting to apprehend the traitor, when, surprisingly, we were accosted by the Brotherhood's Dreadnought, the 'Memoria'. We managed to escape Omicron Gamma, our foes not pursuing.

The Ho Chi Minh passed through Omega-41 and Omega-5 without molestation from Brotherhood vessels, being able to do some minor damage to the defences and ports of both Leon and Cadiz stations to prevent the traitors from launching attacks on our forces in Omega-52 and Omega-49. Currently, Spetsnaz forces remaining on Crete have moved into the mountains, conducting small-scale guerrilla raids whilst awaiting evacuation. Ground forces on Planet Gran Canaria are preparing defences, waiting to see whether the local Corsairs are supporting the Brotherhood or not.

Now, your orders should be obvious.

Do it the old-fashioned, Coalition way. Show them the price of treachery, ladies and gentlemen, and free the populace of Crete from their oppressive, greedy, hand.

For the people, troops, for the people.

-Richthofen out

Addendum: If you happen to be engaging these boot-licking traitors whilst they are engaged with an Outcast force of similar strength to the Brotherhood, target the Outcasts first. Those bastards are still worse. Standard procedures regarding our non-targetting of civilians are still in effect. Proceed with leaflet drops and warning broadcasts before assaults.

Tested the waters against those vile traitors today, and we proved victorious.

I entered Gamma and found myself harassed with 'Leave or be destroyed!' communiques. Well, that proved that the Brotherhood had betrayed us in my eyes.

I launched an assault on a bomber piloted by Banderas, but was attacked by Elder Yanez and an independent Osiris as well.

On advice from Lieutenant Baranova, I retreated into the asteroids around the Omega-41 hole, into which the battleship did not pursue. The pair of us then hammered into Banderas' Praetorian, my mines ripping some of his equipment off. Yanez retreated for some reason, after telling me to fight like a man! He probably had technical issues with his Titan or the like, but it was still ironic.

We then continued to pulverise the bomber, who fled to Crete, spilling parts all over Gamma.

I'd like to say that Lieutenant Baranova is doing a great job so far, I expect that he will go far in the Revolution.

Ares, I've been looking over your reports. What the 'Corsairs' are doing is absolutely disgusting. You know what to do. I don't want a single Corsair standing after a run in with our forces. Make sure all patrols outside our space consist of atleast three pilots or more. We've been lacking in our combat training recently. You shall now run our combat drills. You're more than capable. If anyone disobeys you, shoot them. You have my backing on that.

This situation has been thrust upon us, however, we've stood by long enough! Take everything to them! I want fully equiped invasion forces into Gamma. Show those fools who they're dealing with! You know I would be with you if I could.

Don't die.

Don't worry old friend, the treacherous Brotherhood bastards are going down... like cheap whores.

Well, I had to slightly bend the rules on your last order... I made a little foray into Gamma solo to pick up my mother and as many Spetsnaz men on Crete that I could find who were able to fit into my fighter.

Well, unfortunately, my mama is still on Crete, but apparently safe. This is because I didn't want to get her hurt when I spotted Brotherhood Titans on scans. I fired on one named 'Jak', forcing him to retreat to Crete's surface. I then engaged one named 'Denton', destroying his pissy little Titan with a mine. I took no damage in my attacks, save some ambient radiation effects in the Malvada cloud.

Interestingly, my mentioning of TBH being traitors stayed the guns of a pair of independent capital ships orbitting Crete. It seems that some Corsairs know the truth.

Anyway chief, don't worry. I've never been great at dying. I'll take over the old training squadron and make sure the new recruits don't learn how to be good at it either.

Well, the Brotherhood truly are cowards, comrades!

I struck out at 'Jak', forcing him to scurry under a rock on Crete's surface. I then engaged 'Denton', vapourising his Titan around him.

They fired the first shots, casting the first stone. We drew first blood.
