[Closed] Staff Recruitment - Moderators - Connor - 11-21-2020
With changes inbound to the current Forum Moderator role we're looking at expanding out the Moderator team to help process requests both on the forums and in game to help elevate a lot of the pressure on the Game Masters. This is the first of hopefully many changes we'll be looking at making to improve the workflow, responsiveness and communication of the staff team and community. We will divulge more information at a later date.. With that being said if you're interested in applying for the Moderator role there is a new form that you'll have to fill out and you can find that below.
Please post any applications in the Staff Applications subforum by clicking the link in blue and use the questions below to formulate your application.
- How long have you been playing Discovery for?
- Why do you want to become a Moderator?
- Do you currently hold, or have previously held, any positions of responsibilities (Discord Mod, Dev, Gov Member, Faction Leader, etc?)? Please describe them.
- Do you have any experience with admin/moderation or running communities outside of Discovery Freelancer?
- What are your honest thoughts on the current staff team, reasons why and suggestions to improve the team (This will not effect your chances)?
- What do you think you can bring to the team?
- How do you think the Moderator role can be improved?
- Are you interested in becoming a Game Master?
- Your Discord name?
