Incident:My first encounters
Details of Event: Whilst on Patrol with |KSP|Komanu a Fleet destroyer, we came across an Alliance pilot who agreed to stop when he was asked to. Farankususame was the vessel and promptly made it relevant that he was not going to be hostile, but then another hostile appeared on my scanner,GC-Matsui.Yuriko. Yuriko was also not hostile as we spoke, but the Alliance pilot started to insult me when I was not making any attempt to attack the flower.
So he took it upon himself to engage the flower and consequently the battle did not last long, and I must say I was very impressed with the flowers performance.After she dispatched the Alliance, it was obvious that she was not going to stop there, so i oblged and immediately engaged.
Action(s) Taken: Unfortuantely this flower was a good pilot and badly damaged my vessel and I was unable to sustain the fight, but managed to jetison my pod and was picked up by a passing trade ship and returned to base at New Tokyo Planet.

Incident:Yet another report shortly after my first. Trader failing to stop and was carrying illegal cargo as in passengers aboard a non listed Transport
Details of Event:Sannd -- Freelancer ID -- Passengers in an Illegal ship
Action(s) Taken: How your participation ended: Violator was destroyed.
Recommendations: recommend this trader be watched there was no interaction from him and when I saked him to stop he failed to do so and his vessel was immediately engaged for failing a stop request and carrying over 1000 passengers on an illegal ship.

Incident: Encounter with a Corsair bomber and two Hogosha fighters.
Details of Event: After receiving support request from |KSP|Akashio near Shikoku Gate in New Tokyo.
As I arrived officer Akashio was already in mid fight against the Corsair bomber .
Now I do not know the details of the start of this fight but one thing I know for sure.
After Officer Akashio was taken down I moved in to fight the bomber.
And then two Hogosha ships arrived and ordered me to stop shooting the Corsair.
The Hogosha ships went by the codenames "Khosaka.Saburo" and "Taka.Sugimoto"
These two violated Kusari Law:
2-3 Assaulting lawful and civilian vessels is not tolerated in Kusari territory, Kusari protectorates or the outer patrol zones.
2-4 Disobeying a direct order from a Kusari Law Enforcer is a crime.
The two Hogosha criminals attacked me alongside the Corsair.
Though It was funny how much the Hogosha skills are inferior to mine.
All Kusari State Police are to tolorate these two Hogosha ships as criminals and they should be shot on sight no questions asked.
Action(s) Taken: My ship was disabled by the Hogosha criminals,And my pod was retrieved to Planet New Tokyo.

Incident: Uneventful escort of OS&C convoy
Details of Event: Keishi Matsushima-san and I encountered an Orbital Spa & Cruise convoy at the Honshu gate in the New Tokyo system. We offered to escort them through Kusari space due to increased pirate activity. They gladly accepted our offer, and we escorted them to the Galileo gate in Shikoku without incident.

Incident: Nomad sighting in Shikoku
Details of Event: During my regular patrol of Shikoku, I noticed a Freelancer ship that was issuing distress calls. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be a Nomad ship which was around the size of our gunboats, and it was attacking the Freelancer. I haven't encountered these Nomads before, only heard about them from other people and from the Kempeitai.
Action(s) Taken: Along with the Freelancer's help, we destroyed the Nomad ship. Officers should exercise caution when encountering these... beings.

Incident: Strange Nomad sighting in New Tokyo, another strange ship in Kyushu
Details of Event: During my patrols, I came across a large Nomad ship in New Tokyo. It was approximately the size of a Tokugawa, maybe slightly larger. As warned by the Kempeitai, it used telepathy to communicate, so there are no logs to include in my report. Interestingly, unlike the previous Nomad ship that I had encountered, this one was interested in "conversation", and was not shooting everything and everyone in sight.
Basically, it claimed that it was an "explorer", and that it seeks "information". Talked about some historical figure, and how this person sought knowledge, which came with power and thus came with corruption. When I returned this line to this Nomad and how it also seeks "information", it was adamant that it was above such desires and was incorruptible. Sounded a little arrogant to me. It quickly disappeared when other ships showed up. I would suggest approaching this Nomad ship with caution, we still know little about it and we need to be vigilant.
Later in my patrols, I received a distress call on a private channel, somehow, from a ship somewhere in the Seiran Dust Cloud. When I had arrived, I located the ship that issued the distress call, which was some strange half-living ship with nomad technology..... along with a Gen'an bomber, Gen'an gunboat, and an Outcast. This ship called itself Radiance and claimed to be prototype from Kempeitai, which was improbable but certainly plausible at first. After further questioning, this ship said "We derived our technology from them, yet they haven't been active in a long time". Based on my years of policing, it's easy to smell deception and this line gave it away. It did not reveal who it meant by "we" and "our", which was already suspicious language in and of itself, but I also had serious doubts that a secret prototype ship of the Kempeitai would start revealing the origins of alien technology in a prototype ship to Gen'an and Outcast ships in the area. The Gen'an gunboat was itching to blow up this ship, so after I was satisfied that this strange ship was not from Kempeitai, I let the Gen'an gunboat do what they always do against hostile ships, and it took out the strange ship. Another strange thing that occurred was that scanners showed prisoners aboard this Radiance, who had apparently disappeared when the ship was destroyed. I advise all units to be on alert for this ship that's masquerading as Kempeitai, and to not hesitate to destroy this ship.

Incident: FA cruiser sighting in New Tokyo
Details of Event: Trade lane scanners showed a cruiser-class ship entering Kusari space in the Honshu system. According to the scanners, it was equipped with Corsair weaponry. I returned to base, scrambled the crew and captained the destroyer "Kumano" that was part of the police fleet. Matsushima-san and I were able to intercept the cruiser, and it turned out to be a "Hel" class cruiser of Farmers Alliance affiliation. Based on the name of the ship, I would hazard a guess that the ship and crew are part of the LWB part of the Alliance and are gaijin.
After a very brief conversation, hostilities escalated quickly. Matsushima-san and the Hel-class cruiser started to fire upon each other. As a fellow officer was under attack, I was forced to engage the cruiser, although I would have liked to investigate the matter further. I was able to disable the cruiser, but unfortunately it happened right after Matsushima-san's ship was disabled as well. I tractored Matsushima-san's escape pod and returned him to Shinagawa.

Incident: 1. Toxic waste / 2. Zoner smuggler.
Details of Event:Wandering.Star.1/ Freelancer ID -- DarkWeirder / Zoner ID.
The first incident was of a Freelancer as stated above, Wandering.Star.1 who was processing Toxic Waste close to Osaka Storage facility, which to be frank would be very dangerous if there was excessive toxic leakage or a container became unstable.
So I instructed the individual to move the waste away from the station for safety reasons and he complied.
The second Incident refers to a Zoner vessel who managed to evade a stop previously in the day, this time with help from our Lane Tracking devices we were able to finally aprehend the individual who was trying to evade us by using the jump hole system, after he was spotted on the Lane Scanner.Battlecruiser|KSP|Liu.Pen and Officer|KSP|Fujioka.Yorubi assisted in the aprehension of the individual DarkWeirder who complied to the initial dropping of the Artifacts he had on board, but told me that he did not have enough credits to pay a 2 million credits fine, which is hard to believe.
Action(s) Taken: Freelancer was informed to process the waste more safely away from the Station as I had also informed an ALG vessel previously.
Recommendation for the Zoner vessel will be as follows -- All Officers are to keep their eyes open for this individual and if he is caught smuggling again, he is to be relieved of his cargo and told to pay a more excessive fine of 7 million credits. If this individual refuses we will tally up the fine to 12 million, and if he is caught again I am suggesting destruction of his vessel.
