Bug: How to Get Started beacon incorrect.

When looking at the How to Get Started beacon it says the helium field is behind Eire. It is incorrect as the place is in 6C some 40k + away. Also there is no BEGINNER restart that gets a better ship as mentioned on beacon infocard.
Was confusing for a new/returned player

Yep, the rules/starter commodities are horribly out of date. We'll need to look into fixing them.

Information in the infocard of Discovery RP 24/7 Rules beacon near Planet Erie is outdated, namely, it states that you can't shoot players below level 30, despite this rule being deleted from current revision of Server Rules

This was fixed some time ago and is no longer the case on live.
