As we stated in this release, in accordance with our Kusari Government relations departments, we have verified the current laws on the responsibilities of legally having a support, in this case, a provisional facility for storage, manufacture and dispatch of Toxic Waste to independent refineries in Rheinland and Gallia. Samura Heavy Industries has obtained a license from the Kusari Codex department in section VI, permission to carry out our project and clean the sector of all existing toxicity on site.Permission here.
This project is due to cleanup in the old Osaka Wreck, once destroyed by the Blood Dragons. In 822 AD, Osaka was destroyed by a supposed attack by the Blood Dragon, while the local defense contingent was absent on training stretches. The fact that Osaka was almost entirely unmanned at the time of the attack, combined with her recently updated and vastly overvalued insurance policy, led many to suspect that the destruction was little more than a monumental case of insurance fraud. Whatever the case, the timing of the payment was extremely fortuitous for Samura, allowing it to continue a major development program in the Hokkaido System for which the corporation had previously struggled to find investment.
In fact, this insinuation of fraud does not appear to be true, because in reality, Samura would never side with the Blood Dragons for such a vile purpose.
The Kusari government requested the cleanup of the Osaka wreck. Samura has claimed the legal right to the wreckage due to the station's original ownership, but Kishiro has also come up with a proposal that the government is considering whether or not to allow.
However, as this was not voted in favor of Kishiro Technologies, Samura accepted help from the ALG Sirius Entsorgung Sicherheitsbüro, which uses the tag SEO| on their ships to manufacture the toxic waste in their refineries, being up to them which one is better, if in Wichter Station on Sigma 15 or in Wuppertal Refinery, Cologne, as per the document here.
Now, having explained the facts, it is also clear that this facility will be dismantled once all toxic waste has been removed.
Furthermore, 20,000 units of Toxic Waste boxes are initially available in the Provisional Storage, to anyone who is interested, with a symbolic value of 1,150 SC per box of HazMat Canisters, provided by ALG SEO|Sirius Entsorgung Sicherheitsbüro.
Constantly the amount available in the Provisional Storage Base of Toxic Waste will be updated in this notice.
