Upon start of my patrol yesterday, a Coalition vessel appeared at Darmstadt. It revealed its intent to act as an emissary. Apparently the "Coalition of Independant Systems" seeks further cooperation with the LWB. At first I had my reservations, since it was one of their Tempest-class carriers that opened up on us, when we were defending patriotic Rheinland agents from the oppressive Military just outside Planet New Berlin's defensive perimeter. The ambassador apologized for the "misunderstanding" as we made clear that we are more than ready to provide evidence of this preposterous transgression. Herr von Wittenberg joined us outside of Darmstadt during our conversation.
However, our talk was cut short by a Military patrol intruding upon the Ostnebel. After a verbal altercation with the royal puppets, the Military launched its attack on us. They started off by cutting down von Wittenberg's Bomber. A predictable move. What was unpredictable to me at the time, though, was that the CIS emissary joined the fight to show his true quality.
This impressive stand against Military oppression in Rheinland, however, failed to gain us any tactical advantage. When a Military Oder-class Gunboat joined the scene, it appeared confused, but, in the end, it stood down. It would seem the Military retained atleast an absolute minimum of honour. Shortly after the Military pincered me and disabled my fighter, both von Wittenberg and my wreck were recovered by another LWB patrol later on. What happened to the emissary, ultimately, remains unknown to us. We wish him the best. His offer of collaboration remains intriguing and requires additional consultation.

On my patrol in the Frankfurt system yesterday, I was spotted by a Rheinland Military Roc-class bomber near Mainz storage facility. As that area is particularly patrolled by royal enforcement entities, I was hesitant at first and engaged my Cloaking Device. I lured him further away from Battleship Schwerin and her patrol's waypoints. Briefly afterwards, I detected a Hessian captive aboard his vessel. Thus, I immediately demanded the Pilot and, in an effort not to risk his life, attempted to convince the officer to desert his post and turn himself over.
However, he did not heed my honest warnings and proceeded to justify the Military's "need" for authoritarian measures by pinning the blame on "Pirates", in short every organization deemed "unlawful" in Rheinland. Interestingly, an IMG transport entered scanner range, meaning there is a witness to the true face of the Military, who started off the combat, like the government always does.
By initiating hostilities my words had been proven truthful and although the IMG vessel noted himself, he is too afraid to ever address this act of oppression, it once again reaffirms our worst belief: That all Rheinland citizens get intimidated on a daily basis. They remain silent out of fear. But in the end, the IMG pilot and so many others will not have trust in the Military, should it come down to it.
After overpowering the bomber and disabling several systems critical for combat operations, I once again offered him to turn himself over. After all, the Hessian pilot's escape pod might already be damaged due to prior combat. But, in true Military fashion, the officer fabricated himself several reasons of why the possibility of desertion remained outside his reach. The worst of him took over, and in a desperate attempt to play the hero, he re-opened up on me and shouted "Für Rheinland!". Or so I thought. Instead of luring me away from the civilian Trade Lanes, he made a run for them. I disabled the nearest one to Mannheim before he was able to enter it. He continued to the next Trade Lane Rings to Mannheim Station, sprinkling his way with mines. After his shields failed him, I unintentionally hit one of the mines he dropped, while his already falling apart hull was exposed. And while the Hessian pilot's life was on knife's edge at that moment, his escape pod persisted. I recovered the Hessian and some of the Roc-class bomber's remains.
The Pilot has been released on Darmstadt Depot, and will be transported to Vogtland the coming days. The Military pilot's fate is unknown, the escape pod has not launched. Though, he might have sealed himself into the wreck. Oxygen on the Hessian's escape pod was running low, so I made no recovery attempt. On the whole, the patrol has been a success and the pilot revealed to me that the Military's intentions are not sincere. Announcing to play the hero, while shouting "Für Rheinland!", while luring the "evil" LWB to the Trade Lane Rings shows that, at the very least, the Military itself, does not believe its own lies. And while the Military perverted the idea of actions "For Rheinland", I can proclaim that I have disabled royal puppet's vessel AND secured a patriotic Hessian,...for Rheinland.

On my Frankfurt-New Berlin patrol yesterday, I have encountered a standoff between a Hessian Condor-class gunboat and a Military Donau-class cruiser at the New Berlin gate in the Frankfurt system. It appeared that the Donau-class cruiser insisted on the Hessian vessel to clear the area. However, in the Hessians' true patriotic spirit, the gunboat did not back down and a fight between the two capital-sized vessels erupted. Shortly after, an unsuspecting ALG freighter on its way to the New Berlin gate entered the area, allowing me to acquire additional funds for our righteous cause. The ALG freighter resumed on its course to New Berlin.
While the fight went on, I secured the area for the Hessian not be interrupted. After all, Military vermin has its way of spreading. Surely enough, a Revenant-class bomber approached from the New Berlin gate during the battle. I immediately made clear that any hostilities towards the Hessian vessel would result in an intervention from my side. The Military bomber did not heed my warning. It proceeded to engage the Hessian gunboat, but to its dismay the Donau-class cruiser turned towards the New Berlin gate, through which it ended up travelling. The now isolated Revenant-class bomber desperately trying to follow suit ended up being destroyed during docking procedure.
We went through the gate, and surely enough, the Donau-class cruiser was inside of the Planet New Berlin defensive perimeter along with the ALG vessel, who promptly fled the scene. The Hessian continued the good fight. At some point, it requested my assistance, which I eargerly provided. Surprisingly, another Revenant-class bomber showed up. I immediately swapped targets and moved in to intercept. Mere moments later, the Military cruiser was successfully destroyed by the Hessian gunboat. The Revenant-class bomber fled into the defense-grid of the Oder-shipyard. Unfortunately for him, as a fighter I was very well able to keep up, while the Hessian cruiser secured the outside mitigating the bomber's chances of escape. After exiting the immediate surroundings of the shipyard the bomber clinged to, it was gunned down by us.
In the end, the damage inflicted on me and the Hessian vessel was kept to a minimum. The patrol was successful. I believe the Hessian headed to the Dresden system, while I proceeded to the Stuttgart system, where I ultimately ended my patrol. It should be noted that the level of Military activity is troubling, as the Revenant-bomber came out of nowehere like vultures descending upon the allied gunboat. Our own capital-sized vessels should remain on high alert while on patrol duty. That's all.

On patrol, today, I have encountered not one, but two strange individuals. At first me and my crew thought we were just raiding another ALG vessel. However, it was one of the strange encounters. The vessel's captain acted like a representative for ALG Waste Disposal and offered a different contribution than credits to our organization. Upon asking him about his opinion on Libertonian companies, he revealed that ALG apparently has no need for closer ties to the organization we pursue, namely: Synth Foods, Inc. , Ageira Innovations, Universal Shipping, Deep Space Engineering and Interspace Commerce. It only relied on its contacts from Bristol Construction, an organization indifferent to our cause. While the ALG's offer was vague, I believe there is common ground for us yet to establish given the ALG's past with the government. Just like us, they were forced into a compromise noone would really accept willingly.
Not long after the ALG vessel passed through the Stuttgart gate, we plotted a course back to Darmstadt. Surprisingly, we made contact with a Molly ship filled with H-fuel running errands for their cause, claiming that both the Corsairs and the Bretonian Armed Forces were in the process of blockading the Dublin system. Since both the LWB and the Mollys work closely with the Red Hessians, we have found common ground. I have proposed the Mollys to target all possible Synth Foods, Inc. vessels they can get a grasp on, while we fulfill our end of the bargain: Their proposal. We will help supply Connacht depot. Preparations for this logistical undertaking are under way. I proceeded to escort the Molly vessel in good faith in the hopes of it relaying our possible future arrivals to the depot manager.
High command will convene about these recent events. For now I have decided to EXEMPT both ships tagged with ALG- and RPA| from our list of possible raid targets.

I have proposed the Mollys to target all possible Synth Foods, Inc. vessels they can get a grasp on, while we fulfill our end of the bargain: Their proposal. We will help supply Connacht depot. Preparations for this logistical undertaking are under way. I proceeded to escort the Molly vessel in good faith in the hopes of it relaying our possible future arrivals to the depot manager.
High command will convene about these recent events. For now I have decided to EXEMPT both ships tagged with ALG- and RPA| from our list of possible raid targets.

Me and my crew patrolled the Omegas yesterday. We have found no significant Rheinland or corporate presence. However, we detected a large presence of Coalition ships in the Omega-48 system. This was due to a Corsair attack that occurred at the same time as our patrol. Interestingly, the Coalition reaffirmed that the increased levels of the Imperial Rheinland Military in the Omegas has not yet achieved noticeable gains. This is good news to us, since our logistics partially depend on Red Hessian facilities in the Omega sector.
We have also established that the Coalition as a whole is still sympathetic to the LWB's cause. Workers can never be seperated. And although we are remaining neutral in the Red Hessian - Corsair war, the Coalition respects our interests. Both of our organization have also noticed increased relations between Rheinland and Bretonia. Apart from common knowledge, however, neither of us have further information.
On the whole, the patrol has been a success, the corporates have not yet shown any activity beyond Omega-11 and we know for sure that the Coalition still stands by our side. As for Bretonia, it is best to keep an eye on the Omega-3, Omega-7 border. Increased levels of trade can be used to our advantage, as it can be subjected to our farmer's solidarity surcharge.
