Bug: Liberty in general seems to not know what bomber shields are.
Reproduction Steps:
- Log into the game in California
- Go to buy a bomber shield because you're on an old shared ship that lost its shield at some point
- Realize that the Battleship Concord, which sells the Upholder, doesn't sell a single bomber shield
- Go "Ah, probably a simple oversight, I can probably buy one on Los Angeles, no big deal."
- Fly to Los Angeles - They also don't sell a bomber shield
- Go check FLstat to see where bomber shields are sold in Liberty
- Realize that in the entirety of Liberty, bomber shields of any description are only sold on six stations lawfuls theoretically can dock at (Fontana, Denver, Norfolk, Battleship Alma, Erie, Manhattan Atmo)
- Realize that of those five only Denver and Manhattan Atmo sells a bomber
- Notice that unlawfuls also only have the option of buying a shield at five stations as well (Fontana again, Rochester, Buffalo, Fort Ramsey, Niverton, and Manhattan Atmo again)
- While looking at FLstat notice that Ile-de-France alone has 11 bomber shield sellpoints and Burgundy has 10
- Realize while writing this bug report that half the bomber shield sellpoints in the game are in Gallia
