Okay, I'm thinking of doing a Doom RP. I'm sure you've all played the games, and know what I'm talking about. If you don't, well.. It'll still be fun. Basically, anyone who signs up will most likely be a security guard. These guards are often ridiculed by the marines positioned on the Mars research base. A friend of mine on another forum did an RP like this, and it was a great success (Until it got weird, and then the site shut down). So if you're interested, post here. Eventually I'll post new info, and then start the RP.

By the way, is it for DOOM 1, 2, or 3? I know DOOM 3 the best, and the others not at all. Or is it for, *shudder* the movie?

Not the movie. Probably a mix of all three games, but once again, I will be making my own story-line, not ripping directly from the games.

I may participate too,.. but... well maybe I'd better not participate, as I don't know anything about Doom. Never played Doom games, only saw the movie (and the movie was very average I should say).

Well, it's something. Besides, there isn't much deviation from the game plots.
One way or another, portals to Hell open up all over a research base on Mars, and you have to fight for your life to escape with your life and what remains of your sanity (a little redundant, but that's what you do)/stop the invasion "once and for all" (famous last words)/destroy all records of the reaserch done on Mars(Useually a scientist who gets whacked in the end 'cause they're a minor bad guy)/join your Demon masters.
... That last one I made up as a joke.
