Red Hessian Reporting Facility - Varyag - 03-10-2008
A great day for all Hessians and allies.
Last night the Varyag connected with our allies the BU for a raiding party into New Berlin. On our wing providing close escort were the Hessians Kaspar Meisnerr and Nyx. We met up with the BU in Frankfurt and proceeded through several points into New Berlin and assaulted several RM and Repex security ships at Planet New Berlin itself. The Mission was a complete success. We killed all of the RM and Repex with the exception of Hans Kreiger who was forced to flee. We chased some RM into Frankfurt and cleared that system as well. On the return trip we assaulted the survivors gathering at New Berlin and killed the bounty hunter Destroyer RaverTalon, twice.
It is good to show the RM that they are not invincible on home ground and what a defeat in orbit of their capital feels like.

I, too, have heard of the recent increase in Bundschuh activity - I've been taking my Odin on a tour of our bases, ending here, at Ronneburg. I will be returning to Vogtland, and will attempt to contact these new Bundschuh myself if Miss Olsen has not already done so.
I apologize for the delay in the upcoming round of promotions; paperwork, you know. Also, my ex-Dragon smuggler recently died trying to get gold to Gammu...damned Nomads. I've been busy trying to find another pilot for his patched-up smuggler/raider transport. I do have a few promising candidates, including a former Bundschuh demonstrator.
Another thing: you can expect to see much more of our flagship in the coming weeks. In spite of a handful of fleet engagements, her crew is woefully inexperienced, a situation which I fully intend to rectify as soon as possible. The same goes for the crew of the Eismaid. Perhaps one or the other will have the fortuitous timing to join the Varyag in an assault...we'll have to see how the scheduling works out.

Dear comrades. Firstly I would like to apologise for my extremely meager flight hour count during the previous weeks. Circumstances have arised that prevented me from joining you in many fights, and I plan to even that out soon.
Secondly, I have made contact with the emerging Bundschuh pilot group whilst collaborating with the allied cruiser Varyag on an assault on RM forces in New Berlin. Although the two pilots supporting us (Herr Barnabas und Herr Konstantin) have described themselves as inexperienced, I sense great potential in these people and see myself working with them even more closely in the future. They have earned my trust after their contribution to the fight against the corrupt and oppressive military dogs.
I will have to put in a formal apology with them for not supporting them in my bomber for longer during the last RM ambush on their Bruchsal base. The Thor I was flying was underequipped, and I only managed to buy them some time against Victor Remond's gunboat before the RM fighters broke off to cripple my ship, and I was forced to dock at the nearby Bundschuh base. I am not sure how the fight turned out afterwards, but whatever the result I am sure that I will fly with them again, with my ship ready to fight for our cause.

Gutten tag, comrades. Patrol report once again, so achtung! Today I was accompanied by Leutnant Shimada in his Thor. An attack was launched on commerce of New Berlin system.
After a few succesful encounters a civilian pilot was picked on scanners. The pilot appearantly was about to join the Bounty Hunters guild. This mercenary helped to drive off the Wilden.
A Lane Security contact was then detected on scanners, but a full scan couldnt be taken due to the target being away from range. I have paid the previous pilot to investigate Lane Security and he brought me the information about his ship.
Seeing that attacking Lane Security would not benefit Red Hessian forces a further contact with the pre-Bounty Hunter was established. The pilot claimed that he wont be aviable to work for us, when he joind the Guild. However a proposal was submitting. The pilot would work for us in undercover, collecting inforamtion about Bounty Hunters weak points in the future. The proposal was accepted and an agreement was made. We may have made a spy to our cause today.
Red Hessians were soon to retreat when Wilde activity increased yet again. I do not know how many credits were acquired on the attack on commercial traffic, but this new operative may prove even more useful in the future.

Gutten tag, comrades. At the absence of Kapitan I am ordering all troops to re-group and prepare for what is waiting for us in the future. I have used these days for preliminary tests, various checks and re-grouping myself. Red Hessians pride - the Leopard gunship is now stationed on Vogtland, while I have transfered my fighter back on Freital dockyards and am currently stationed here.
Word from Miss Olsen have reached us that negotiations with Bundschuh went fluently and they are willing to co-operate in the future. There are no small allies in space.

Friends I dont like to say it but we need commander. It was great times where we were killing cruisers and battleships from kanzlers war machinery but Conrad is lost or I dont know what name to give to that situation. Without leader we are only animals hunted by RM and bountyhunters.
