Subject: Battle at omicron gamma.
Bek?mmert mich for not reporting it earlier, but I suffered minor injuries durning battle and hadn't had enought strenght to fill this the same day. After a good rest and then pain is gone I am pleased to announce our great vicotry that was achieved yesterday.
Leaded by Major Adolph Hessler our wing of odins stepped into space of those barbarians known as Omicron Gamma on the map chart. We were very surprised to see that savages had assembled quite a huge capital fleet. Strangly almost no fighters neither bombers. I can't remember the correct number but I think it was about 6 gunboats 1 cruisser and solaris equiped lightbattleship acompanied by one bomber and one fighter.
Adolph sent me to scout the enemy forces. You should have seen my face then. From there da hell those cavemen are able to built such warships? Perhaps only Gott can answer. I reported my scouted information. We had no chance to win agianst such force. Major shouted for reinforcments. Gladly some of our men were patroling at omega 41 at that time, and were able to help us out.
We lured barbarians to orange nebula around omega 41 jumphole at the omicron gamma and destroyed all of their gunboats. Please notice pilot of bomber called [RHA]Erstschlag. He showed his valor and high bomber piloting skill level durning battle. Gunboats were killed like flies. Me and Udo destroyed a bomber and a fighter escort. Unluckly we didn't manage to take out the battleship neither the cruisser which was holding it's ground near it. But all in all I think we made a strong blow to corsair forces and their fighting morale.

Today has been mostly sucessful. I went on patrol today in omega 47 and found nothing and so on my way back to omega 54, I found a corsair in which I put him in his rightful place, the grave. He was, in fact, a great warrior.

Today we have put those corsairs in their place and they will never bother the Revolution again. In the time being, I have to get a new thruster, that corsair destroyed it.

Today was an odd but glorious and fruitful day for the Revolution! Here is a listing of all the events.
We were collecting donations in O-7 when Herr Hoerst asked me to form on him for a scouting mission in O-3. Imagine our surprise when we saw a Phantom battling out a Zoner Destroyer. At first we watched in amusement but when the Destroyer started firing upon the Freeport we knew we had to step in. Forming a odd and temporary alliance with the Phantom and a Corsair we brought down the Destroyer.

Things took an even stranger turn when the BAF showed up along with a Corsair cruiser and two Harvester drones. We talked but no fighting took place.

We returned to O-7 where we met some Corsairs and Military. We left the military in search of two corsair capital ships in the area and we managed to find and destroy them without any RHA casualties.

To end the day [RHA]Mike.Stah and myself were sent to intercept a Corsair. After chasing him from O-7 to O-11 I managed to destroy him in a blaze of fury! He never did manage to dock.

Today's actions were pretty exciting in my opinion, i'm sure higher ranked pilots already filled you in the details of most of our action today, but there is something that might be interesting to report it myself.
We were as usual patroling in Omega-7, our wing was led by Major Adolph Hessler. besides him, Hans.Banditen and me were in this wing. Nothing really happened, i mean, everyting gone so smoothly, IMG operated in the are peacefully.
Then Scanners picked up some strange reading, never saw this kind of static before, and some unkown ships, with weird structure appeared out of nowhere. My wing mates called them: Das Wilde. Only heard rumours about them though,but never thought i would ever encounter one of them. They were using some sort of translator what put their static into understandable human words, from wich we realized they didn't came to make friendship. 2 weird looking gunboats and a wraith were on the Wilde side. They opened fire at us, so we returned the favor for them. After i few shots we realized they are carrying some unkown weapons, looked like nomad ones (if the stories of my dad were correct who encountered some of them in the nomad war). Thankfully some IMG come to our aid aswell, so we managed to destroyer their 2 gunboats - meantime a bomber of them appeared aswell but didnt opened fire after it saw the destruction we caused to their ships - and the fighter ran away, we persued it for a while, but he managed to shake us in the asteroid field in omega 5. But still we managed to destroy their capitals, and put an end to their plans. My guncam got damaged in battle so i only managed to take screen of their so called leaders death.
Well this was my 1st encounter with the Wilde, and i have a strange feeling this wasn't the last, that we saw them, i just hope that their attacks wont grow and become more and more stonger, because then we'll have a little trouble....or not that little at all.

While we were having a training exercise in Omega 54, something quite odd happened. Unsere sensors discovered two Wilde ship in ze area. We quickly divided up and went looking fur them. We had ships stationed at the exits so there was no way that ze Wilde ships would get out.
We discovered that ze ships were a Gunboat and a fighter. One of our pilots managed to disrupt the gunboat und that left the fighter ship alone. While meine comrades were taking care of ze gunboat, I quickly engaged zhe other ship. After a few seconds I managed to put him down.

We managed to scavenge some of zhe technology from das Wilde ships. Zheir incursion into our space was a big mistake.

While on patrol with zhe rest of the Hessian Army, we met some foolish Corsair cannibals. They outnumbered us by a couple of ships, und that gave them courage. The cannibals dared to attack us. Looks like zhey forgot that Hessian pilots are far superior to them...
That was the last mistake the foolish Corsairs made. After a few minutes the first ships fell, they were no match for us. Soon they felt fear, some of them even ran away. One pilot was on my back the whole time, shooting me. He was very persisstant, und das result of his persisstance was his ship being destroyed.

Seems today it was my turn to patrol around omegas. But I really do not regret it. While patroling I managed not only gather some funding from passing transports with goods, but as well managed to take out one intruder.
Total sum gained today should cover my weekly ship maintainance expenditures. Transport captains were wise and complied without showing much resistence:

After collecting donations I came up with idea to visit omega's 7 mining fields, and guess who I met there? Famuos pirate transport of Cadiz "Mentira". First I tried to take some money from him, since he already collecting kruger profits which actually belongs to Red Hessians. But he refused to comply and opened fire.

Blitz attack was unexpected and my ship suffered minor damages, but we managed to take him down later with ease.

While on patrol today in omega 7, I encountered alot of Kruger Miners, 4 by my count. The very first one I was amazed at. He was getting poor wages and he couldn't give full support out loud or else he would be putting his family in danger. Inside, he really wanted to give it though and so gave me 500K at his own will.

After that another Kruger guy came and another one right beside him and came up in front of me, each the same reason as the first. The first guy gave me 500k and the other gave 1mill as I was leaving.

Later, just as I was just going to finish my patrol, I found another Kruger who had a hessian in his hold. He most willingly gave him over but when he was beamed onto my ship, I found him with black and blue marks all over him as though he had been torchered to give up information. Someone had to pay so I made him cough up 1mill for his wounds and his destroyed ship.
