Nomad infested systems are basically any systems in which Nomad NPC's (NOT players...) operate.

I added Lost as It's empty iirc, and 92 as it Connects to Tohouku, has that Nommie base, and is otherwise empty.

I doubt you can go there. And since you cant get to 99/90 other way than through Omicron Iota, i doubt you have a chance to get in there as well.
