Honor list of players who had more than 99 different items in their cargo holds, which was long ago prohibited by RP and PvP server rules.

Uh oh, i think someone is in trouble...
For my banks i always stay at 80 items, that way if there are any overages i have some headroom.

@Skorp: collecting guns for a faction can easily reach that many slots. codies, nomad stuff etc.
