Deep Space Engineering is a long standing Liberty company with fields of speciality in exploration, mining and refining, transport and the occasional cock ups. (Please refer to the Dallas Incident)

We aim to bring a strong commerce back into Liberty, as well as fix our mistakes of our past. We have been proactive in removing hazardous material waste from near the site of the remains of the Dallas Research Facility in Texas. We have made a strong bond with the Junkers local to the area, as they have specialist hazardous material handling capabilities in their vessels. And after all, it was our incident that funded and was helped to construct a lot of their fleets. We still actively work with Ageira and Universal Shipping Incorporated, often supplying them with valuable information and support. We also plan to supply both Liberty and Bretonia with materials to support both war efforts. We have explorers currently examining Coronado and Kansas for practicality and profitability, and will likely find us in there on a larger scale in the near future.

Basically, our operations in Texas are moderate activity, until of late with the economic down-turn and most of the clean up in Texas almost complete. We have a vast knowledge of the game, and so with this knowledge we sit down and walk through the basics with some of the newer players. We give them hints and tips, as well as the possibility to engage in role play with us via contract interaction through escorting, mining or hauling for us. If we find that the player is a competent, forth-going individual with a keen interest in being a part of this community, we take them on board and give them a ship to start some basic trading or mining with. Our faction is not cash focused, but with a serious lean to role play and community involvement.
Our day to day activities vary between mining scrap in Texas, hauling it to delivery destinations and various other trade routes. Our security wing, based at Baltimore, keeps an eye on all vessels coming from or going too Colorado, with patrols within our Zone of Influence to ensure no one is smuggling gate lane parts unnoticed. We support the Junkers Congress with employment in the obtaining of scrap in the Texas fields as they have the best bonus to harvest the scrap. Another inter-organisation relationship that benefits two corporations. We have enemies, undoubtedly. The Rheinlanders plague our operations, but no worse then our pals from Ouray, the Xeno Alliance. They threatened, they paraded, they shot at us. But we have not backed down, and are comfortable to face adversity with a true Libertonian style. Just overwhelm the sods.

The relations that need most noting is our unofficial alliance with the Junkers Congress .:j:., with out their assistance, resources and supply, we would find our times in Texas harder. The Mollies, like any other oppressed people, will fight and cause disruption. That behaviour will always be seen as inappropriate and illegal by the ruling monarch. But the men and women of Dublin are not all terrorists and guerilla fighters. Some are prospecting business men, with legitimate business interests. We were not working with a fighting force, but a mineral supplying corporation, into which we viewed them solely. They displayed no aggression towards us, nor have I witnessed or heard of any forth bearing aggression by that company. And into further investigation, they also supplied other lawful factions. So, as a business decision to cut down production costs synthetically making the residue required to absorb the radiation, we found it to be beneficial to seek this trade. We did approach a couple of BMM miners, and got the feeling of a 'cold shoulder' from them, being outsiders and all. And that is when =MMC= came to the party and offered us fine Dublin hospitality.
