I want 4-5 photos in one Thumb, but i don't know how i must do... because maybe i have many articles in Wiki but i don't know to do... but i saw this in one person.

He's probably seen it on a Wikia wiki before, where it's enabled by default.
What you're trying to do is unfortunately currently not possible to do on the Wiki, if I'm interpreting your question correctly.

From what I can gather here, you want someting similar to a series of pics that are independently clickable but appear as one pic.?
