Good day, admirality. my name is Kate Fenrir, known by callsign of Valkyrie. Speaking on behalf of Reapers of Sirius as its second in command. Some of your BPA or BAF officers might know or heard of us, due to Reaper operations in Omega 3 system. I take opportunity to ask you for special favor which can improve security of previously mentioned system and tighten our relations.

We are aware BAF strenght is diminished by years long war with Kusari and now threatened by full scale invasion from Gallia warlords. It is no secret Bretonian fleet is decimated and is all commited to defense and evacuation of civilians from dying Leeds. This shift leaves more breathing space for criminal and terrorist elements to fill the resulting void to rampage across the sector being either deluded or simply thinking about profiteering. We both know they show no decency or presence of moral spine in plundering civilian shipments or even taking on law enforcment. Some of those transports carry your own supplies needed at the frontlines.

With more and more refugees fleeing from the warzone, cassualties will grow due to unchecked raider parties. Bretonian forces unfortunatelly have limited capacity to address this. We, Reapers, intend to assist you in this endavour however our effective reach is limited right now. Currently we have only fighter and scarce gunboat assets deployed into Omega 3 - Omega 7 highway, sometimes insufficient against growing cases of pirate/terrorist cruisers roaming Omegas. Not to mention assault on Freeport 1, in which previous administrator perished and RBS Valhalla was called in to assist, aquiring allowance from Firmus Piett in order to provide humanitarian aid.

Due to above, we intend to deploy group of ships into area to counter and prevent these threats. Currently we are able to send in following designated warships: RD Sathanas and RD Sabadell, both cruiser class. Once approved, we can set up our own, separate logistics to support our ships and docking rights are available to us from different source once we aquire neccesary allowance.

I see Bretonian relations with our organisation as at least co-operative and we will understand if more questions will arise or you will require much more time to consider this unnusual request. All lawful forces, including Rheinland consider us at least neutral and none space-faring corporations are in conflict with us, therefore I do not forsee issues related to Omega treaty. Bretonia have nothing to loose on this and trusted captains of our cruisers will provide support in our operational area against common targets. We will also understand if you will request to keep this agreement under the table or decide to negotiate further.

The Board have received your proposal to further increase the ships of the Reapers in Omega-3 with purpose of securing the lines and providing more stable ground for future possible improvements of our affiliations.
The current states of affairs in Omega-3 can be considered as stable and further involvement from your organisation may bring new issues to deal with. At this very moment we will have to decline your kind offer. Please do not take our rejection as an act of hostility or failure to trust you.
Perhaps in future we will find the right moment to work this out but now is simply not the time.
