Greetings.

I regret to report to you that one of your secondary vessels was caught earlier today in violation of the Zone 21 protocol. By his own admission he was there to hunt the biologicals present. I regret to inform you that we had to slag the vessel, though we will of course be returning it to you for refit as you see fit. I made mention of this to Commodore Ryan Williams, so hopefully this is not a complete surprise to you. The captain's attitude was most flippant, and I present the following evidence so that you may deal with him as you see fit. I do not blame the crew, but I recommend a proper investigation into the captain of this vessel for fitness of command.
